Hotel (The lobby, the room, restaurant and pool) is very clean. Food and restaurant service was wonderful. All waiters were very, very nice. We had a really nice staff assisted us to check in but another staff was not so nice when we check out.

I like beds at Westin in general but this time I felt the bed was little bit worn out. The long hall way seems very dark and moist. When I approached the entrance door, even there were few valet people were standing there no one say anything. When I walked in the hotel, there were three check in counters were open, no one says anything. I had a suitcase with me. They should know I am check in the hotel. Can they say ‘Welcome to Westin’???

Beautiful setting, pool area, relax areas, room. Friendly staff. Fantastic boy at Valet parking, his attitude turned my day around! Comfortable and large beds, ample amount of soft pillows. good hair products. We would love to come back to all of that.

Our Room 1146, was in a part of the hotel where noise from above could be very clearly heard. unfortunately someone right above us was making a lot of noise (pacing back and forth actually) both at night and early in the morning. the area outside our room was sad looking and not worthy of a Westin hotel. we had a room on the ground floor facing the road. two chairs and a table that did not look inviting.

Great location and property.

It’s a large resort in a complex with a couple of other resorts. It was minimum occupancy, but it took a long time (more than 30 minutes) to check in. The General Manager ended up upgrading us for the wait as well as the noise from the fire alarm test that we had to endure while trying to check in a room. The daily parking fee is excessive and non-sensical because the only way you can get there is by car. Was told that our parking fee would be waived but I was still charged for parking.

I loved the staff, everyone did their best to accommodate our one day getaway. One of the best choices for a comfortable, enjoyable, welcoming and peaceful nights sleep. The staff truly enjoys making sure everything is perfect. Thank you Rachel, Ms. Jennifer, everyone in the Spa, the Inroom dining staff, valet, and front desk.

Honestly, the only thing to complain about is that we did not stay longer.

A stunning property. Everything is in order and lovely. Only issue was the poor air conditioning in my room (King deluxe). They switched me graciously to another room, however this room also had poor A/C. Staff was great, helpful, gracious. Room service also want available but restaurants, bars market coffee shop were all open- so was DoorDash 😉. I can’t wait to return to this resort!

I left a day early, because I booked with your company I was charged for the added night. I would recommend guest to book directly with Westin

Not enough food variety, no bathrobe, not enough notice of facilities

Those two were so friendly and helpful at a time when many services due to Covid were not up and running

Staff was great especially Jennifer at the front desk and Matt in the restaurant/bar
