Clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

The continental breakfast consisted of only cookies and 2 other pastries plus coffee and juice. We were expecting something more than just cookies and pastries.

Check in was a mess😞A baby argument broke out because a mistake was made on their part wanting to over charge & wanted to put me on Blast Saying “ You don’t have enough money!!” In front of everyone in the lobby. Didn’t work I use to work for Expedia an knew there could be hiccups, wasn’t getting all my money. I called a week before confirm all charges so please sir just stop. I had the exact amount with $20 bucks over, so what he was trying to charge was not going through😅I told him he needs to fix it!! Because this is not on me. He did and there was no more shenanigans.

I loved the location. My family and I came down to spend a couple of days at Legoland for our son’s birthday. I was extremely shocked at how close we were to not only the theme park, but food, public park, gas station’s and grocery stores. All of which were walking distance except for the theme park. We even had a small issue with our bathroom and the staff fixed it right away. They really made the trip that much easier to enjoy with piece of mind that they’ve got me covered. Can’t wait to come back!

I honestly don’t have anything to put. This hospitality exceeded my expectations.

The staff were amazing… they were pleasant, helpful, and always smiling!!! The place was clean, comfortable, and CLOSE to EVERYTHING. 1 mile to the beach; 1/2 mile to downtown; and 3 miles to Lego land. Don’t go to legoland by the way. My sons loves LEGOs so we surprised him for his birthday and took him there. Turns out… it’s way more fun to play with legos than to just look at them. Not a single smiley face in the whole park!!! Should of stayed at the beach.

The hotel is VERY clean, the rooms are large, the beds were VERY comfortable (prior back issues so I'm picky), and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is quick and easy access to the I-5 and all of downtown Carlsbad. We were extremely pleased with this hotel as we weren't sure what to expect in this budget range. I also used their laundry and it was nice and clean.

Ok you can hear the I-5 traffic as noted by many. We live out in the country and don't have that type of road noise, but it honestly didn't keep either of us up at night and our window was directed to the interstate. If any noise bothers you, then you should go somewhere further away from the interstate. If that doesn't bother you, this is a good deal!

I traveled to Carlsbad with my 2 boys to see my grandmother. I have severely arthritic knees and I was happy with the location of our room from the parking lot and the safety I felt being there alone with them. Your staff was friendly and accommodating to my situation. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you

The breakfast was great for my boys however a couple more choices like some fruit or dry cereal would have been wonderful.

Very clean and newly renovated. The beds were comfy. Staff were helpful. Great location. Only 10 minutes drive to legoland. Free parking and warm pool.

The walls are thin and we could hear everything. The pillows were too fluffy for us, but some people might like them fluffy. Nice to have some food items to take to go for breakfast. Perhaps some fruit, boiled eggs, and cereal would be nicer to have added.

Everything! Super clean, safe, friendly staff, quiet on a holiday, families were mainly the people we saw and awesome location right by the freeway and each. Little diner within walking distance

The breakfast was a little low budget but considering costs these days it was fine. Coffee tea juice danish the basics. I’d rather have cleanliness and safety over powdered eggs lol

Hotel was extremely clean . The staff was helpful and very friendly . The room was much larger than expected and very comfortable.

The only thing we disliked and it wasn't the hotel per says issue was there was no room service or delivery food options . There were near by restaurants that were nice , but we had 7 kids with us so it was a bit challenging for us but that was on us .

It said it had breakfast, the Days Inn at Disneyland had waffles, cereal, breakfast croissants, breads and juices. The breakfast at Carlsbad was juice and a breakfast bar like fig bar. Not a very good choice and not breakfast by any means, if I would have known this we would have gone to another hotel that had breakfast.
