This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, and the hotel staff super nice and professional. The beds were large and soft. We went to the pool and it was clean and well stocked with towels and lounge chairs. They serve breakfast every day and it was great as well: hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausages, hardboiled eggs, mini muffins and cereal. They also had a spacious kitchenette area which we used extensively since we stayed several days.

Could have used some bacon for breakfast. But that really was the only thing I could have possibly missed! We all enjoyed the hotel very much.

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Very convenient for a stay after a long flight to Los Angeles and easy to find. Plenty of food options in Chino Hills and close to major routes.

Thought the hotel was a little dated but this might have only been due to the colour of decoration being yellow. Be aware of nosy air condition units, ours sounded like a truck starting up and woke us up. We did mention this during check out. Didn't realise that hotel was as close to major road as it was, but this did not affect our rest at all.

Actually there was nothing at all that we disliked. From the front desk (afternoon, night and evening staff) to housekeeping and the breakfast staff, everpone was great and friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean, even the pool area and workout area. We have already sent photos and a 👍 to relatives who are visiting California in the future. When I gave them the cost it was to stay there and how great we enjoyed our stay they couldn't believe it. We would surely stay there again. Thank you

Absolutely nothing

the staff was very friendly, the location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast each morning was very very good too. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

The blinds/curtains in our room could be replaced due to them being torn. We were unable to block out the sun in the morning because it was ripping at the top.

The rooms were really good, nice, spacy and the room service was excellent.

The poor breakfast. This low-end hotel breakfast generally in the US is just under any standard. It's good that they make you an omlette, but that's all. Variaty is poor, quality is also not the top. You should come to Europe and see what a hotel breakfast looks like.

Comfy bed and pull out sofa for granddaughter. Nice sized room.

Granddaughter found a hair in her eggs so we had to toss it. Dining room and outside area very crowded. The sofa bed had been slept in and we had to ask it to be changed/cleaned.. Good thing I pulled it out when we cked in.

It was clean, safe, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the dining area is spacious. The pool area was nice and there was lots of outdoor seating. It was close to a lot of restaurants as well.

Some new blackout curtains would be great. The ones in our room didn't quite do the trick.

Very clean, friendly staff. The fact that I liked the most was that I got a room next to my family members who visited from Romania(the lady at front desk asked me how I found out about this hotel and I told her that main reason was to see the family who booked this hotel in advance). It was such a great surprise to realize that we got rooms facing each other's and I cannot thank enough!❤️

My stay at the Ayers Hotel Chino Hills was exceptional. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature devices in the room were easy to operate and in excellent working order. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
