The rooms were very large and had a little kitchenette and were also very clean. I was very comfortable here and would choose to stay again, I will be looking for this brand of hotel everywhere I go from now on! Really had a great time here and it’s close by to some lovely scenery and great shopping! My room was facing the freeway and I read comments saying that it was very loud at night. I’m used to sleeping in silence in the middle of the countryside in Ireland and I did not find it loud in the room at all.

Nothing to dislike.

It’s beautiful inside and outside. The garden and pool area were relaxing to walk around and sit and enjoy. It’s a great location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good enough, not gourmet, but definitely not bad, good selection. It was a quiet stay without incident. The free cookies at the front desk were a nice touch as well.

The AC unit had a strange smell. The hangers were difficult to use, but I understand why they use that kind so they don’t get stolen. No fan in the bathroom. A little dusty in the room. Our bed was soft and the pillows are extremely soft which some people prefer, I do not.

rooms dated, sent message the day before you were scheduled to leave that we were checking out a day early. see this error while driving on a busy Expressway. had to stop and phone them to ensure that the reservation we did one final night. person who answered was very nonchalant about the the error and it felt like I was intruding because other people had already called. no apology no sympathy Etc

Everything 🥰💪🏾🛏️ Amazing Hotel, I will never stay anywhere else in California except this Hotel 🏨 I miss this place already and I live in Minnesota. The staff were so nice, the breakfast lady was the best, the cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in, location amazing as well, I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

The washer and dryer was over priced $4.00 each and only takes credit or debit...no quarters, but everything else was perfect.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, impeccable service. We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. Everyone is very friendly and polite. Everything is clean, cozy, done with taste, nice design, new furniture and snow-white towels. There were no complaints about the cleaning. Excellent breakfasts. A huge thank you to everyone!

The hotel is being remodeled, so everything is new and clean.

There are two big statues of lambs as you walk in one on each side of the doors. It’s a safety hazard if there was a natural disaster. Every single picture you find in the hotel is from the Middle East. They should have from different parts of the world

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, and the hotel staff super nice and professional. The beds were large and soft. We went to the pool and it was clean and well stocked with towels and lounge chairs. They serve breakfast every day and it was great as well: hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausages, hardboiled eggs, mini muffins and cereal. They also had a spacious kitchenette area which we used extensively since we stayed several days.

Could have used some bacon for breakfast. But that really was the only thing I could have possibly missed! We all enjoyed the hotel very much.

The property is under reconstruction but didn’t inconvenience us in any way. The staff was accommodating and helpful . We did have trouble navigating the TV stations but the front desk was helpful giving us a printed guide. The free breakfast is really good!

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Very convenient for a stay after a long flight to Los Angeles and easy to find. Plenty of food options in Chino Hills and close to major routes.

Thought the hotel was a little dated but this might have only been due to the colour of decoration being yellow. Be aware of nosy air condition units, ours sounded like a truck starting up and woke us up. We did mention this during check out. Didn't realise that hotel was as close to major road as it was, but this did not affect our rest at all.

Spacious room and nice and clean. Appreciated AC setting as it was hot when we arrived. Safe are to walk in the morning and there was a Starbucks nearby, and plenty of interesting restaurants in the area.
