The hotel was right at the exit and entrance of the freeway. The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms are updated and it's not loud like most other people were complaining about in the reviews. We definitely would stay there again and we are planning another 5 day trip there again real soon.

The floor was dirty and when we asked the hotel staff to clean the floor for us they did but they cleaned it with a dirty cloth that left our room smelling bad for a couple hours. We had to go buy a couple air fresheners other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Had booked for a month and was confirmed, however, up on arriving we were told they don't let guests stay for more than 20 days at a time. We would have to check out for 48 hours. So we were put out with no reservations and had to scramble to find a new place to stay while we were in the middle of working 11-hour days. Big pain....

Pool was very, very small. Pictures were deceiving. Also, no lounge chairs ...

The A/C worked really well, considering how hot it was! There were 2 chairs. Most of the time we bring a chair, otherwise, one of us sits on the bed to watch TV.

Larger bath towels would be nice. When we were checking in, there was no restroom in the lobby. After the long, frustrating drive from Northern California, we had a hard time finding the hotel and we both had to use the restroom.

I interacted with 3 members of the staff. All were very friendly and professional. They accommodated me by allowing to check in a couple hours early. I wish every businesses customer service skills were par with Hotel Seville. The bed was very comfortable.

My room was not as clean as it was my previous two visits. There was a wad of tissue stuck to the bathroom door. Trash was spotted underneath the a.c. unit and in corners. I prefer carpet in a room so I was disappointed to see that they have gotten rid of carpet. Because this hotel exceeded my expectations on my first two visits I would definitely stay here again.

It was conveniently located just off the freeway and close to family. The room was exceptionally clean. The decor was modern and looked recently updated. The shower was warm with a very good shower head and the tub drained with no backing up of water. There is no carpeting so the floors were very clean. The staff was very friendly and always attentive. The air conditioning unit works and kept the room cool. And lastly, the parking lot is very well lit at night.

At first, it’s a little difficult to access the property when you are driving south on Euclid if it’s during peak driving times. It’s best to go to the next intersection and do a u-turn on Euclid and then come back to access the driveway through the gas station. Also, I wish the A/C unit had a continuous fan option.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Toiletry items provided are satisfactory but the soap leaves something to be desired. Comfortable bed.

Location itself is okay, however, it's located behind a Chevron gas station on and extremely busy highway and directly next to a freeway onramp. No sound problems, but trying to get OUT and on to the roadway is somewhat tricky as the lane you immediately turn on to goes DIRECTLY to the onramp, so you have to be ready to cut over VERY QUICKLY!!!

the breakfast and the spa bath tub comfortable bed definitely this is the new spot a little ways from home but definitely worth it. I mean compare your competitors motel six. give me break. if only they had walk-in shower like motel 6 that would be cool

I didn’t like not having anything really upgrades it seems like they section off a room for the tub in one room and that considered a upgrade

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a huge sink with counter (perfect for groups). The TV was huge and the pool was fun to swim around since it was hot while we were traveling. We only stayed here for one night on a road trip and it was perfect.

The roads around the hotel get a little bit confusing, especially at night or for those unfamiliar with the area! Also, there is no elevator so if you require an accessible room, make sure you specifically request one.

Excellent location near the airport. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, toast, pancakes and coffee. It was very basic but very appreciated if you are in a rush to get to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

It would be great if fruit was offered for breakfast. The air conditioner was a little loud so I was glad I had ear plugs.

Great value! We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and "cozy" breakfast area! The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel next to the freeway looked off-putting at first, but it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms with the two double beds because there are no windows facing the freeway.

The hotel facade could use an upgrade but the room interiors were in fine condition.
