Hampton Inn Chula Vista Eastlake

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The system was down when I checked in so that created an error when they provided me the key. It was inconvenient when I had to go down twice to get it corrected. Though that was a pain in the beginning, the staff (from the front desk, housekeeping, and ladies in the breakfast buffet line, they made it better. I want to recognize Isabel for giving me and my family the help we needed when we were on the breakfast line. She was very helpful, along with her companion.

I loved the hotel. We enjoyed everything from pool&spa to the fitness center.Also the complimentary breakfast.

The girl who checked me in with my reservation was not welcoming at all.Had a bad vibe from here & she was kind of rude .same girl who checked me out

Excellent water pressure, hot water, quiet, perfect bed, nice staff, great coffee and breakfast, beautiful big shower.

There was nothing I didn’t like, it is perfect.

Would have like to have fruit

Requested clean sheets, child peed, no one picked up the soiled sheets from room. Requested towels in am deliver time was one and half hour. Requested towels in pm received in 10 minutes. Visited site 1 day prior to check out facility and at checkin date a $50 deposit was requested and should have been revealed at the time we visited the site. Check in staff should not carry attitude when the booking.com fee was unexpectedly revealed at check time.

I liked how friendly the staff were and how clean everything looked. I also liked the amount of seating they had for guests downstairs.

I did not at all like that the bathroom door did not lock. You could just slide it open whenever. Also, the TV was very glitchy in our room. The breakfast could have been better. The only kid friendly option they had was cereal, no pancakes or waffles any day that we were there.

Everything and everyone they were beyond my expectations of hospitality!!!

Wow where to start......Sunshine was one of the best front desk personnel I've ever met she was beyond friendly and extremely helpful I felt like I was home....Susana in the kitchen made me feel like I was her niece she gave me extra juice for my kids told me if they wanted more to just come down... I mean honestly I've stayed in a lot of places and this hotel was one of the best and it was due to your incredible staff!!!

Clean hotel kept up very well. Room was clean, comfy and very modern including the nice bathroom. Stayed for two nights room was quiet could not hear the hallway traffic, slight conversation coming thru the wall but overall very comfortable room. Breakfast was not available due to Covid, but they did offer a sack breakfast consisting of a breakfast sandwich, fruit and choice of drink....Thanks Covid! Location was great, plenty of places to eat and shop within a mile or two. We will be staying here again when we are in town. Thank you for having us!

Covid shut down the continental Breakfast

This stay was perfect for us! We have stayed here a few times and it’s nice and quite! Love it! The room could have been a little cleaner no biggy though. We found a contact lense next to the shower, could have easily been missed! And our coffee was not stocked nor cups . But I’m not a Karen so it was totally fine!

The location is convenient. The breakfast was good.

The cleanliness of the room. There was small hairs in the bathroom.

I like the friendly ness of the staff. They were very inviting and helpful. The location seemed like a very safe place. The pool and are were clean with plenty of towels. The whole hotel is very modern with so much character. One of the best places i have stayed at in awhile.

Although they have free complimentary breakfast there were a few things that i disliked. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, the waffles were dry and had no flavor and there was no syrup. The staff seemed annoyed only because i believe that there was a lot of people to serve and only 2 people handling everything.
