No breakfast not even coffee

Tv didn’t work, had to have staff come and fix it, I think they could have made fresh coffee.

Liked the bagels and cream cheese but egg choice would've been nice, even a hard boiled egg

Not quiet enough for me. Could too easily hear neighbors upstairs, who walked around all night and family with four children were in room next door. They were very nice, but seemed like alot of people fir one room. So thankful for my earplugs

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and grounds were good. The main lobby was air conditioned and the staff were efficient at getting everyone checked in.

The free breakfast was severely lacking. It amounted to coffee and a wrapped danish. A waffle maker or some form of warm food would have been nice to have.

we stayed here with family for a nice weekend trip to the beach. everywhere else was too expensive and looked raggedy but this place was not that. Place was clean and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels

AC doesn’t blow super cold air. felt more like a fan, but hey it’s San Diego, all you gotta do is open the windows and you’re good.

The value you get for the room despite it being a budget motel. The room was large, offered the basics necessities and was also near a lot of shops and restaurants that we needed access to close by. The staff was kind enough to let us check in a little early as we had an appointment to attend to that day which I highly appreciate the front desk and team for. Thank you!

While I'm sure it was vacuumed/cleaned, the carpet was stained a lot so I had to wear sandals throughout my stay in the room; Our bathtub also had a cracked bottom so showering was a little uncomfortable on the feet; Our pillows were also very soft which meant they barely supported your head even with three or four of them at a time. These "issues" were tolerable for my length of stay so they weren't too bad :)

The location was located very close to multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping areas within driving distance. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a nice refrigerator, shower, and comfy bed.

There wasn't anything deal-breaking but if I had to pick something I'd say the shower was way too slippery as I almost slipped just taking a shower. The only other thing that was a small nuisance was they were repairing the signs on the doors during my stay but again, nothing to prevent me from coming back!

the bed was very comfortable. the room was quiet. the shower was great with nice soap and plenty of hot water. the breakfast was simple but filling and plentiful.

the room was smallbut very clean. there was no closet or place to hang up my clothes. i was only there 2 nites so i made do.

You can watch TV from the toilet. Well lite. Lights were bright. Mattress was comfortable. Nice TV. Heater was quiet.

Smell of mold. Mold in bathroom Hot water in sink was on the left side rather than the right. Not much for your breakfast menu. Would be nicer if you could dim the overhead lighting.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was very attentive .

Area was a little busy with foot traffic due to a school being next door. And the continental breakfast only consist of bagels and instant oatmeal.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I was charged the incorrect amount. More than my agreed reservation. Here I am 3 weeks later and the "Manager" has not had the courtesy to call me back. I worked in a hotel for 7 years, NEVER does it take this long to "look into it". Its not urgent when its not Your money.
