Quite the surprise in Clovis - Very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette WITH DISHWASHER!!!!!1 - our next stays will be here instead of airbnb's. There are even two large apparently guest-accessible pro gas grills outside in a nice patio area next to the saltwater pool.

The Hilton Honors app requires some work. It logged me out and would not allow me to log back in at all right in front of the door. Thankfully I had asked for keycards. This app committed a cardinal sin that I have not experienced with hotel keycards in about a decade and a half.

Loved the amenities, room size, and especially the kitchenette. There was an optional separation curtain from the living room area to actual bed, made the room feel lot more spacious. Good breakfast with lots of options.

Didn’t like the shower head much. The setting was too harsh. Turning the thermostat on/off was annoying- couldn’t set a temperature of our liking. Was either too hot, or got too cold when turning on the fan. Had to get up a few time during the night.

The customer service was above and beyond. When we first arrived the lady made our 4 year old feel so special. Just a few nice words and a little treat for him. Made us feel so welcomed.

The only thing was someone previously broke the shower head so it would point toward the glass door and alot of water would get onto bathroom floor.

AC is either too cold or too hot, shower door was not sealed water everywhere. 308 pull out table 2 legs are missing screws… will break soon or later.

The rooms were spacious and really nice. The staff, for the most part, was super helpful and friendly. I did have a staff member upon check-in that was a bit unhelpful, and since I booked through booking.com, when I asked if I could reflect the stay on my Hilton honors account, she said she’d have to charge me a bunch extra to do that. But this was remedied by different staff members later.

There was a hair in our shower, which totally grossed me out. Would love to see some more attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. Other than that, it was great. During our stay, our rear license plate was stolen off of our vehicle (as well as several others) in the parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance; and they don’t have any security cameras watching the parking lot. I am glad it was just a license plate, but shocked that a Hilton hotel doesn’t have any security cameras watching right in front of their hotel; wouldn’t cost them much to do it. Other than that, everything was great.

Was so impressed by the suite accommodations. It was equipped with features to be comfortable for several days. The hotel was clean and well organized.

Breakfast-I am a picky eater especially at breakfast. Would love some glutten free options but I know that is difficult and expensive.

The location was convenient, it was clean, the staff was knowable, helpful and kind.

I was hoping for more variety at the breakfast station. The waffles, coffee and juice were very nice. I would have enjoyed some breakfast meats and a variety of danishes.

Rooms are great!! Lots of space, modern and clean. Refrigerator area was very helpful for our long stay. Felt very safe. Good amenities in the room. Gym was nice. Frozen food area great thinking!! Parking was never an issue. Convenient location. Beds are comfy and blackout shade was perfect. 5 of us fit nicely.

Need more breakfast variety. Boxes were nice just boring after 2 days. Kids could do pre packaged cereal with your milk cartons. Muffins is another option. Waffles were good but buttering them was really hard with the given spork. Need fruit variety, you live in the central valley!! Green apples everyday =boring! Garbage pick up needs work. Need fans in the bathroom. Room gets muggy after showering. Pool was closed, frustrating.

Location was great, 5 min to airport, 10 minutes to my business location. Hotel is new and everything feels clean and new. Room is great size with great kitchen, no stovetop but you can request one. Even has a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly and helpful

There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers and during my stay one washer was broken. There is construction next door and it seemed like many of those workers were staying at the hotel. They monopolized the one working washing machine all evening which was the only time I was there to do laundry since I was working 12 hour days. The other downsides were covid related, gym and pool area were closed and breakfast was a small box with a prepackaged bagel, hardboiled eggs and yogurt. I understand covid closures but didnt know why the gym was closed since local area gyms were all open.

Great location and close to shops restaurants. easy commute to sequoia national park and Yosemite.

Staff did not inform us that we needed to request housekeeping. They don’t do housekeeping everyday. I had to empty my own trash and ask for extra clean towels.
