The staff was really nice housekeeping tidied up the room every day, however I feel like the room could really use a deep cleaning.

The hotel seems a little old and worn down could definitely use a remodel, or even just some deep cleaning. The sink was a little broken and things just needed to be updated but besides that it was ok. Also seems a lot of men in work trucks stay every night in the hotel

The staff are awesome and extremely welcoming. I felt welcomed and appreciated that I chose them for short stay. Very clean, safe, and relaxing.

I honestly can’t think of anything and I travel a great deal of my time for work.

i ended up checking in super late on check-in day, but check-in was quick and easy. The room was bright and smelled clean. looked recently updated. I had to stay in another hotel that someone else had booked for me for the rest of the weekend, and it was like night and day. I wish I could have stayed at the Colton Inn for my whole trip!

this is a really little thing: it looks like the room was recently painted/remodeled so I think they might have forgotten to put the secondary chain lock back on the door. the hotel “campus” felt safe, but just in general, I was a bit uneasy without that lock.

Don't judge a book by its cover! The checkin area is a little uninviting with the plexiglass etc. But the rooms are very clean and nice. No continental breakfast, perhaps this addition and to make the checkin area more inviting would improve the property.

Clean and close by event we were in town for. Lots of restaurants, stores and gas stations near by. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. A/C was nice and cold.

Had to pay .25 cents for ice. Never had to pay for ice at a hotel before. Found it odd. Glad I found a quarter at the bottom of my purse!

Quiet. Fridge in room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk always very nice and helpful. Short Walking distance to plenty of food and fun.

Carpet in room loose in some spots. Shower head in this two queen bed room at weird angle with not much adjustment.

We liked that it was close to our daughter's college, she was graduating. Close to a couple of restaurants and also close to the freeway. The place was very clean, and the staff was nice. The facilities are up to date. The pictures are on point.

We had traveled from overseas to be at our daughter's college graduation and we had two nights reservation at the Colton Inn, well the airplane company made a mistake with our flight and canceled our flight and booked us for the day after, meaning we were just going to be at the Hotel for a night instead of two, as we had already reserved two, We called the hotel immediately and let them know what had happened and asked them to change the date, but they offer no solution, they just said, I am sorry there is nothing we can do. No refund, no change of date; so we can stay for the two days we paid. That was a downer, especially coming from so far ( Europe) and not even being our fault in any of that. I have to say that I would have liked them to be more understanding and work with us.

I honestly prefer the Colton Inn to expensive so called luxury hotels. The staff and management are amazing and respectful, and the place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are nice. There is ample parking, the in room fridge and microwave are always clean and working.

Great stay! My check in time request was . Check in was smooth and staff was courteous. Walk in the room and it was cleaned properly and smell freshly sanitized. Bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower. Room has microwave and mini fridge. I was concerned of possibly traffic noise from major street/freeway but even in the front I didn’t hear and noise.

They was a line down the middle of the t.v. screen rm 159. Don’t forget quarters for ice luckily I had a few in the console of my car. Felt like guest should get atleast one token/quarter for each night they stay. I understand do to the location of the machines why they charge though
