The hotel overall was clean, the service was excellent, surprisingly quiet at night and a pleasant place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. i can highly recommend this hotel.

Apart from my wonderful and pleasant stay at this hotel i can only find 1 fault or rather missing was a porter to help us check out our 4 suitcases & 2 medium size bags from our room. The Receptionist gave us a huge trolley to put them on to check out downstairs. The wheels were not going to the right direction & quite heavy to push. I guess next time my sister & I have to travel light.

The hotel facility was extremely nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The on-site restaurant had a nicely varied menu, and the food was excellent (no need to go out for meals here!). Getting breakfast free at the restaurant was an unexpected plus -- it was much nicer than the expected buffet breakfast, and added a lot of value to the visit. This will be my go-to hotel in San Bernardino from now on!

There was a light behind the headboards with a very hard-to-find switch. I didn't spot the switch until morning and I would have preferred a totally dark room, although I was able to sleep. (For other travelers: It's a small round switch on the wall just above the nightstand.😉)

The staff were super helpful with check-in and with our late check out. The food was excellent. The coffee shop was great and the prices are great.

The bar had an "ok" selection of beer.

Comfortable bed

Having to change rooms since the first room didn’t have a working AC unit and was blowing out heat. The room was 80 degrees. The second room appeared to be a little dirty. The bedding was a bit dirty on one of the beds. The USB port to charge electronics did not work. The inconvenience of settling in and then having to pack up again to relocate rooms is always inconvenient and a hassle especially traveling with a small child.

Checking in was great- Jeremy A, was great and attentive to all our questions. Thank you Jeremy. The Cutting Board had a limited menu, however the food was exceptional! Well done to the serving staff, they too were fabulous!

The passageway leading to the elevators always had sticky fluids dropped on them.

We got a very nice large King Room which has a little bar and fridge. Staff at reception is very helpful and helped with all our requests. Internet works perfectly for remote work with option to buy (inexpensive) speed upgrade - which we did not need. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Some of the furniture needs an update. Make sure to ask for a room facing away from the freeway and make sure to get the breakfast vouchers when checking in to avoid breakfast charge

The cookies! You are offered one per guest at check-in but if you want more you can go to the front desk at anytime and ask for more. They hand out bottled water as well. The on-site bar is a little pricey but there is large seating area inside and a very comfy seating area outside. You can order food from either of those areas. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. No microwaves in room but you do have a fridge and if you need a microwave the front desk attendants are happy to warm up whatever you need. Location is good. Right off the freeway and close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. All of the employees were extremely nice and helpful.

I booked a room for my family of four with free breakfast included. At check-in we were told that the free breakfast was 2 vouchers for the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast selections are very limited when you get the menu. We still saved some money at breakfast but we were disappointed that the vouchers are limited to 2 per room not one per guest.

i think the price i get it its super convenient how close it was to the event but 300 seemed like alot even tho i did book it in advance its alright i get it its in high demand so from business point of view i get it

I asked the reception if there were Any good restaurants in the area they answerd they did not know, train your staff they Can answer a questions like this, for the rest everything very good. Thanks for a Pleasant stay❤️

most of the heaters needed propane and most of the fire pits did not work, ruined the ambiance of a nice night. could not enjoy the nice outdoor area.
