everything! but if I had to narrow it down, what made the property stand out above everything else was all the staff and especially the Manager and the young man who worked early morning! the manager was always working each time I was there and she was very helpful and not afraid to help out her employees if the line was backed up… the young man with glasses (didn’t grab his name) but he went above and beyond. He not only worked at the front desk but also I saw him around the hotel taking towels or etc to customers! very nice and hardworker!

I was satisfied! no complaints here!

The location was convenient to shopping & food. The area was kept pretty well (a porter even cleaned up spilled food outside within an hour of it happening). The pet station always had bags. Our room was cleaned very well. It was mostly quiet during our stay, also.

The window of the room wasn't able to lock. The lighting in the room could be softer- it was harsh. The top blanket of the bed had obvious cigarette burns/holes, but I know it was all laundered.

The room is very clean, and it was very relaxing. I really like the stay and it was very cool and I got to chill. I checked out the bathroom and it was very clean and it didn't had complex ways to operate it. It is really good.

There is nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything about my stay is really good and I have no complaints on my stay. The staff is really good and there is nothing bad about the hotel and the staff. The staff is cool.

the location was good for me. the value for one night was good.the staff are really nice.

the shower was really small. there’s no microwave or fridge. also be careful and lock your room. someone was able to access our room while we were in. seems the room keys can open any door.

I like how the maintenance man named Fernando went out of his way to make sure I had a nice room and a nice day that’s why I keep coming back

What I didn’t like about being on the property if it wasn’t enough maintenance people like Fernando to assist me he’s actually a good employee just wanted to inform you of that

Everything up until the last night

Everything was great until the last night of my stay . I decided to move to a smaller room and discovered the a/c was broken and it was in the 100s . Staff was aware and they assured me they'd move me . I had three heavy boxes to move on top of the rest of my stuff but they wouldn't assist me. So I I did it myself. I had just moved everything and was trying to catch my breath when they informed it was ready, but I wasn't and asked them to wait. I went to the office and asked for key they refused basically saying too late. So I had to stay in that hot room all night and was too scared to leave the window open .so I couldn't sleep woke up late so they kept my deposit.

Everyone on staff has been very helpful and friendly

Very family oriented, room service is impeccable, very friendly.

Other ppl who are here for big events, noisy and uncaring ppl who stay up all night and sleep all day.

Amazing location, staff was awesome, room was clean, quiet, neighborhood was nice.

I didn't find a duffel bag full of 100 dollar bills someone left behind 😫
