It was quick and easy.👍, Staff was able to extend my stay twice without changing my room🙂.Staff willingness to work with my schedule when it came to house cleaning, room service and all were kind and curtious.

Had a few problems with coffee machine, possibly due to power surges.

Property location. Bed was comfortable

The fridge was old/dirty and rusted. When I arrived, I checked in and went up to my room. I noticed the door was open. I called front desk and asked and was told housekeeping left the door open to put towels in the room. There was also a shower curtain hanging on one of the chairs. It seemed like the room wasn’t finished being cleaned upon my arrival but I was checked in on those conditions. The room didn’t feel clean. I usually bring disinfecting wipes with me so I wiped down the room myself.

Location to the amphitheater and ease of getting in or off I-5 freeway

The pool was a little too cloudy for my taste, and I decided not to swim. Enjoyed some sunshine instead

Room was nice - quiet, reasonably clean, easy access to parking. The desk people were nice and quite helpful.

I accidentally left a pillow in the room. I called as soon as I discovered it, and talked to the desk person. I told them I would be back within a week and asked them to hold it for me. The girl said that they would hold it for me, as I would be back within a week. When I got there, the desk clerk said that the ownership had turned over and they had thrown everything in the lost and found away. I made a special effort to return. My needs were not fulfilled.

Very pleasant office staff, large comfy room with small microwave and mini fridge, convenient location (don’t miss The Olive Pit store right across the street), large parking area which can accommodate rv’s), excellent value for the price

The property was so calm and Beautiful I feel so good while stay front desk guy love was to helping. Everything was perfect I will visit again

Nice property and affordable price

Immediately off I-5. Clean enough that I'd stay there. Price was reasonable.

The breakfast was very sub-par. No mini-fridge in the room although there was one in our room last visit. Of course since there was one last visit I planned for and expected one. Furniture is beat up but usable.

The property was clean and quite. Great location, next to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to a taco truck and Taco Bell !

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like !! Room was beautiful, clean and super roomy and smelled so good when we opened door, bed was comfy and it was a great value.

I accidentally left a bag in the room. The staff was nice enough to hold it for me until I could drive back to the hotel. Very nice service!

not specific to the property but there was no Uber or Lyft availability at all to get to the Staind concert and was a problem for many. As a result a lot of people ended up drinking and driving.
