1. Clean, a bit old, but still clean. We usually stay at Hilton or Marriot, but they were occupied, so we booked that one. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. 2. Special thanks for the personnel. Especially those who keep the kitchen running. Everything that was eaten was always replenished on time. 1 hour drive from Lassen Volcanic National Park

Staff was very helpful. They had the Tesla destination charger blocked off so non-Tesla guests wouldn't accidentally park there - that was nice. She came out in windy, rainy weather to flip the switch to turn on the charger.

Breakfast was a bit mediocre - a pan of dry scrambled eggs.

Everything was very clean, the rooms were a very nice comfortable size, the beds were very comfortable.

the only problem was there was a very small amount of TP on the roll and no extra rolls. This was the same with tissue. Also with the coffee, you had to go to the front desk to get more for the next day, these things should be replenished each day.

Located out of town, next to a walking trail along the river. Great lending library with a couple of hundred books, where you could take whatever you wanted, not to be returned. Clean room, nice staff.

Since it was out of town a ways, only 1 restaurant nearby. The A/C couldn't keep the room cool on a hot night.

My #1concwrn when traveling is cleanliness......everything else I can deal with as long as the room is SPOTLESS! Antelope inn & suites delivered......as a PLUS...EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE was pleasant, professional friendly and just plain NICE. I VERY MUCH enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

There are no negatives to staying here.......

Conveniently located next to the freeway and downtown Red Bluff. Breakfast was offering a good variety of selections. Loved the flowers, aviary and staff friendliness

Cleanliness of common areas

Very nice staff! Loved that we could have breakfast on site (hot and cold options), great location near restaurants and the river. My grandkids loved to go watch the Coi Fish before we would go about town. 😀

Beds were a little too firm for my liking; but that’s just my preference. Not enough handicap parking. (Needs more than 2).

Mandi is the best. She's professional, friendly and most helpful.

Room air conditioner is VERY noisy. It does cool the room, but we had to turn the volume on the TV wayyyyy up to hear it. We hoped it didn't bother adjacent rooms.

I likes the quiet buulding and quiet location.

The breakfast was unfortunately disappointing for the total cost of everything. Generic ingredients and low on food items.

This place is so cool. Loved the little pool! Loved the aviary and the koi pond! Lisa Dowd, on the night shift was very accommodating and professional. Lisa assisted me several times and even found my cell phone for me! This hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurant choices and more. Very dog friendly and even has a cute potty area designated just for our furry friends! will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

Maybe more umbrellas around the pool area.
