The check-in person was kind and efficient and fun. The cookie was excellent. Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was firm (yay!) and the room was quiet - never heard a sound from anyone else. TV channels and controls easily to navigate - and with a single remote. I was able to park right by the B entrance.

TV has a sharp image with deep blacks, but the speakers are on the back, pointed away from the listener. Especially when the a/c was on, I felt like I was blasting it at the neighbor’s wall yet still missing dialogue.

As great as the hotel is, I was disappointed to find out that the breakfast wasn't included in the room rate. I mean, who doesn't love a good complimentary breakfast? While the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, it didn't quite make up for the added expense of not having it included in the room rate. I would have preferred if the hotel had offered a more affordable breakfast option, such as a continental breakfast, for guests who don't want to pay full price for a meal.

The bedding was amazing. The mattress was very comfortable. Seeing my name on the TV when I first got there was cool. The staff was AMAZING. Even walking through the halls very friendly and sweet, it wasn’t pushy or forced either. Very relaxed positive environment. I was very impressed with the customer service.

What I will say is for the price I paid I thought there should’ve been a microwave in the room. More shelving in the shower would have also been nice.

one of our rooms had an outdated bathroom with tendency to have toilet clogs. the other room while bathroom was remodeled and functional had very limited AC capacity and never got colder than 70 in room

It was clean, updated and staff was welcoming.

We had to extend our check out as we were there for a graduation. We had arrived at 1am after an 8 hour drive. We had asked if there was anyway to extend our check out to later in the afternoon as there was a 4 hour gap between the rodeo and graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, we had to pay for an entire night even though we didn't spend the second night. It would have been better if maybe they pro-rated the day instead. Another thing we didn't like was that someone in the hotel was smoking Marijuana and the entire 2nd floor stunk.

That TV captions are so hard to set up I had to have the desk clerk come up and fix it. It was my one request and should have been ready for me. Also I had to walk too far. I should have requested a more easily accessible room.

They give you a yummy chocolate chip cookie when you check in. This is the go-to hotel for people who travel with their dogs. We travel with my daughter's service dog, who is a medium-sized lab. We always feel very welcome, and it's nice to meet other dog owners. There is a potty area for the dogs outside near the parking lot that is stocked with dog bags.

There were four of us we all got various prices. There was a sign saying they had rooms for $$139. I asked for a discount as I paid the highest price. They refused. They would not even allow me to speak to a manager. The rooms were not ready but after waiting in the lobby I receive a room because the cleaning ladies who were cleaning were nice enough to let me know which rooms had 2 beds that were clean. NOT ENOUGH STAFF FOR THE LARGE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE. The check out STAFF was nicer and listened to my complaints. No cookies or water given to us. But they gave us breakfast. THAT GESTURE MADE ME VERY HAPPY. KUDOS TO THE CHECK OUT STAFF.

It was very clean, the restaurant had good food although it only ONE worker for many, many people. Realizing no one wants to work anymore it was probably a shortage of workers. I also felt we needed security in that area. But staff was great about checking the area.

Appreciated convenience of 1st floor accommodations. Ease of getting in & out of building, moving to & from room & lobby desk, restaurant & pool. The bed was comfortable.Loved the hot tub, pool & patio areas.

Too little room for toiletries in bathroom.Headboard lights were broken. Sounds from hallway disturbed sleep.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel but the bed was super comfortable....shower and water pressure was great, too. It was very nice to swim in the pool.

My partner/spouse was unable to connect to wifi while at the hotel while I was (because I booked the room). It would be nice if all members staying at the hotel could have access to free wifi.
