Staff Mari & Jonathan were absolutely the best. Great customer service.
The breakfast selection wasn't great. Just coffee and oatmeal most of the week. And if there was muffins it was was the same double chocolate. Stayed 8 days and only saw them 3 times. The last day there was a better breakfast selection! Granola bars, muffins & oatmeal. I had to ask for shampoo and they don't offer conditioner.

The room was so wonderfully quiet, and I loved having a kitchen. The staff was nice. Everything was pretty good overall.
The beds were a little hard and certain things seemed a little run down, like the shower that leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom. There were some shady looking people hanging around.

We were very comfortable , and the staff provided us with any and all extras we needed ( dishes , toaster) Mona was extremely nice , helpful and professional

I had some breakfast with me since this location has refrigerator and microwave,looked in breakfast room didn't see much just coffee and packages of oatmeal
A little noisy after 21 people screaming outside in parking lot with a dog barking just lasted a little bit

Prime, quiet location. Accessible to places I want to visit.
I suggest housekeeping be done preferrably every 4 days, and not every 7days.

that i booked and paid in advance for a specific room and when i arrived the room i paid for was no longer available and my kids and i had to sleep in 2 different rooms

Very convenient location to Trader Joes and Katella Deli. Nice little kitchen. Close to where I do Biz. It was a very pleasant experience.
