Staff Mari & Jonathan were absolutely the best. Great customer service.

The breakfast selection wasn't great. Just coffee and oatmeal most of the week. And if there was muffins it was was the same double chocolate. Stayed 8 days and only saw them 3 times. The last day there was a better breakfast selection! Granola bars, muffins & oatmeal. I had to ask for shampoo and they don't offer conditioner.

The room was so wonderfully quiet, and I loved having a kitchen. The staff was nice. Everything was pretty good overall.

The beds were a little hard and certain things seemed a little run down, like the shower that leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom. There were some shady looking people hanging around.

I had some breakfast with me since this location has refrigerator and microwave,looked in breakfast room didn't see much just coffee and packages of oatmeal

A little noisy after 21 people screaming outside in parking lot with a dog barking just lasted a little bit

that they fix any problem that may cause an inconvenience to the guest

that i booked and paid in advance for a specific room and when i arrived the room i paid for was no longer available and my kids and i had to sleep in 2 different rooms

Actually extended stay I'm a VIP client it is absolutely excellent my only downfall was the person that was upstairs made way too much noise and I think somebody was smoking in my room before I got it but other than that like I said I have no complaints to extended stay but like I said I would give him over and above it was just that day I it was just way too much noise upstairs

Is a person upstairs didn't make so much noise and whoever smoked didn't try to smoke and be sneaky and disrespectful to the other people the people at the desk were very nice and they offered to give another room especially Mel but I was already settled in there so I just you know got an air freshener and stuff so thank you

Very convenient location to Trader Joes and Katella Deli. Nice little kitchen. Close to where I do Biz. It was a very pleasant experience.

Had no complaints.

It was good the staff were awesome very nice polite I enjoyed my stay here .I would come there again

I like the location. Its very quiet and it makes you feel safe.

The bed, its not comfortable. The wifi isn't very good either.

The front desk worker is banging and she nice

My WiFi having problems but I’m also stoned and lazy so haven’t asked them to fix it
