Customer service was lovely. The staff was very warm and friendly and that's always a huge deal to me. Hospitality is not an easy trade. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Considering how cold it was outside, it was still warm enough inside, we didn't even need additional blankets or a heater. Well insulated. The lighting was new and not harsh at all, a pretty welcoming comfortable room.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. I can tell that some of the furniture was ready for some replacing, possibly damaged from previous customers. But I'd still say the hotel did a great job at maintaining. We'd still definitely stay there again.

Great experience for a Super 8. We got a free upgrade with a jacuzzi tub, and the manager was so nice that we didn't have to pay for the incidentals deposit. Great location as well. Pool on site.

Some of the doors were a bit sticky and somehow a roach came out of the hot tub jets/plumbing one night. Otherwise, it was great.

Location is great Clean Staff is nice I was expecting a proper Breakfast, but they have breakfast on the go with flakes milk juice and coffee only. Booking.com should inform travelers that their breakfast is not a normal breakfast. Room AC was very noisy need repair. Water from taps is mostly warm not hot.

The accommodations were more than I expected. Room was upgraded, with the multiple outlets for charging electronics. Didn't expect it but super plus was mini fridge. Plenty of food options, available and right down the road from IHOP plus shopping plaza

Room was roomy, Heater worked quietly, Bed was comfortable and bath tub was a good size to bath.

Even though there was an elevator I did ask for a bottom floor because I'm disabled and walk with a cane. Carrying everything to the elevator and off and walking down to my room. I was exhausted afterwards.

Everyone was super nice it was clean there was not a lot of riffraff. Thank you.

The only thing we didn’t like is we didn’t get the continental breakfast and my kids were kind of upset. They look forward to that woman stay at a hotel.

Under new mgmt. Friendly staff, good deal, new mgmt. working hard to get hotel up to par..Small pool but it was awesome and open till 10pm. Dalton Restaurant 3 doors away was awesome family style food. Shopping close by, market, drug store, fast food, perfect for traveler.. Laundry on site too.. less than $4.00 a load.

Property has been remodeled. Have stayed here in the past and I believe new owners have taken over. Check in staff was friendly and area was clean. Rooms have been completely renovated and are a great value.

I love the location and how it is close to everything. Really like how quiet and clean the area around the Super 8 was.
