Rooms are a decent size and we have everything we need (2nd stay in about 14 months :-)) the fridge is really useful. We stocked up and ate lunches on the balcony watching the squirrels play by the poolside. Nice to have access to a small gym. Breakfast is basic but appreciated. The kitchen staff are really happy and friendly.

The floor of the hotel room was filthy. I didn’t notice until we looked at the underneath of our feet to find them thick was black grime. Best to bring some slippers or slides next time :-) Would be cool if the gym opened at 5am for the early birds.

Breakfast was great; the bed was a bit too soft and worn out on the side closest to the wall so my husband had to sleep on the couch three nights due to having back issues. The facility overall was decent and we would stay again

Mattress: Because we all come in different sizes/weight, the mattresses need to be more firmer so that they do not wear out quickly from heavier guests. Freezer needs to have a door to ensure things stay frozen (the freezer in my refrigerator did not have a door)

We like the helpful front desk, people work in the lounge area. The hotel is old but It's comfortable and make us feel like home. I enjoy the breakfast especially potato very delicious. I came down after 9:00 but they still have plenty to eat even It's a little late. There are staffs waiting to see if guests need anything. That makes me feel good and welcome. We really enjoy our stay and plan to stay here again when we visit Fremont.

Front desk staff, to dietary staff to housekeepers were all awesome and very nice and welcoming.

I didn’t like the door that shares between two rooms, whoever was next to us, tired to open it a few times, almost made me to and knock on their doors to tell them to stops

Our favorite things were the hot tub and breakfast. They had a full breakfast to choose from including country fried potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, yogurts, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee etc and it was all delicious. We also learned they take pets which is a huge plus.

The hot tub could have been a little hotter since it was so cold outside.

The breakfast was good. The lady's there are always friendly and keep it clean and full. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is also very nice. Also had hot water.

The parking...I think that staff is parking over on the side that the guests stay at. I know that there were some that we have seen on multiple visits that had been moved.

Very nice place staff was very friendly and helpful, everything in room very comfortable and clean i slept like a baby, super comfy bed. breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely be returning. And didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was sparkling clean and the garden around it is beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anybody for any reason all in all great place inside and out

only one thing - they charge $15 for WiFi. when asked at checkin if we’d be using WiFi I said yes not realizing there would be a charge nor was that disclosed. The cost isn’t a big deal, it just seemed a little sneaky.

grounds we kept clean. we are local but having work done to our house. the room and the view made it feel like we were on a vacation. definitely will only stay here from now on. Ashley at the front desk was amazing with helping us add another night cause we just were not ready to leave!
