I liked it was close to highway and stores

I arrived early 8am as I was driving by, so I asked if I stop by and pay for the room for two nights, check in as I wouldn’t return until 6:30 pm. They let me pay but wouldn’t give me a room yet. I returned at 6:30 pm and when I got there they gave me a room and when I got to the room they were still cleaning it, a 10 min delay to my room. The next day I left and returned at 5 pm and my key would not let me in the room. I had to go back to the front wait in line to reset my room key. The next morning I went to put some things in my car and when I went back to the room, the key would not open the room door. I had to go back to the front desk, wait in line for the front desk to reset the key so I could finish getting my belongings from the room.

The bed was fine being fine. The room was clean. First time staying in. “6” so really did not know what to expect. We did not bring a blow dryer..that’s ok and we did not bring shampoo and you know what that’s ok as well. This is an east fix. We missed tissues in room and a better internet connection ( usb ports) otherwise than that we slept pretty good and it worked for what was needed.

Well it is always a test in the neighborhood you enter. We’re older so certain things make us a bit more nervous….. Let say this. It worked well and we so overcomplicate little things. Would I stay again? Absolutely 👍

when we first entered our room we were very disappointed because it looked nothing like the picture on line except wall colors. the window sill were moldy and dirty and it was very close to the entrance and we could hear all the traffic. As we were contemplating to just leave and go somewhere else the lady at the front desk called the room to ask if the room was good for us. I explained my dissatisfaction politely to her and she went above and beyond to move me to a more suitable room. I have never had a call to make sure I was satisfied and that was customer service at the most top levels.

on Friday night very rowdy people in the parking lot outside of my window and the night crew didn’t seem to want to deal with it because it went on all night long in to the early morning hours 2am hours. thank goodness my room was on the second floor. Also the walls and doors have large gaps and you can hear everything thing in other rooms.

The room has plenty of space & was well insulated

Plenty of staff standing around the front desk during check-in time (I was the only guest checking in). I wasn't acknowledged and the front desk staff member didn't seem welcoming at all (felt like I was judged as I walked in). The room was nice and spacious but the floor was dirty

The lobby and room were clean but no frills, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a kitchenette and mini fridge, and they had a hairdryer available at the front desk when I asked for one. perfect for a one night stay.

parking lot seemed a little sketchy around back in the middle of the night. I slept fine, but my husband didn’t and said it was pretty noisy.

Overall it was a good, comfortable stay, slept well. Staff was nice and welcoming, it was clean and everything was super basic. Good stay.

A little bummed that there was no microwave and no fridge or iron in the room. No biggie I guess just wanted to chill a couple drinks and left over food.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Easy to get to. It's right off the freeway and there's restaurants close by.

When I booked the room it said there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room and there isn't any. Other than that I was very happy with the room.

No Breakfast… only negative I have is that the room keys didn’t work a few times so I had to get them re-keyed at least twice…!

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet, safe location, convenient location I especially liked the douvey cover which seemed easy to remove & wash. It was white so also easy to see it was clean!

Tiny room with a very tight bathroom

There seems a issue between Booking. Com and the hotel 6. I reserved a room with stove and refrigerator and a single queen bed and bathtub. Arriving I was given a 2 double beds and bathtub but no refrigerator or stove. Looking forwards, I would double check with an individual hotel prior to arrival just to make sure what Booking.com was correct in the reservation. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience, clean and the staff was courteous. Very thankful for Motel 6
