Breakfast, pool and hot tub were all a nice touch. Everything was nice and clean when we got there. Great location right off the freeway

So when we got there we noticed the fridge wasn’t cold enough but we gave it some time. The next day we get back from being out all day and realize our drinks aren’t cold. I called front desk and the guy who answered was just trying to brush it off. He said “it won’t work if the door’s open all day” and then when I told him we had been gone all day he then makes up another reason why it would stop being cold something about it shutting off so the coils don’t burn out. I had to insist for him to send someone to check on it. Thankfully the maintenance guy noticed the issue and replaced it quickly

I will say I though this was one of the nicest cleanest properties I’ve stayed at in a very long time.

I will never stay here again. they charge $75 for a pet fee. they don’t charge extra for kids who swim in the pool with the added expense of cleaning. they don’t charge for kids who take baths and showers and run up the hot water bills. they don’t charge for kids who eat at the breakfast Buffett, all of these extras my dog does not take part of, but I get penalized $75 for what exactly? I’m done with this chain. stay at the LaQuinta down the road, I’ve been there too, equally nice and they don’t charge $75

the room and breakfast was great, miss the beer and wine for happy hour, as I remember

the jacuzzi kept going off while in jacuzzi relaxing, the manager at first was helpful, but when I had to ask again to fix , he was not nice about it, his tone towards me was not appreciated, the other 2 staff were very nice. it was a young man’s and lady, the tall thin guy, which I believe was a manager he was not nice .

The facility was beautiful and the room was perfect🥰

The day we were checking out the gentleman at the counter was rude. I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a black facemask. The Worker the night before was super friendly...literally the two guys were night and day😒 I believe the night workers name was James..he was super nice and welcoming unlike the guy in the morning...he needs to learn how to treat his guests.

Bedsheets and fitted sheets were not clean, we found hair all over fitted sheets so we called the frontdesk and so Anthony brought the sheet to our room.the housekeeper supervisor is not checking the room right they used the used/dirty sheets.people pay good money to stay thats the hotel business for..we thought its hilton so should be clean and since we are in the middle of pandemic. Dont do that to other customers. Thanks

It was a first class, high class facility and experience. Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds. No weird noise. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Clean everything well appointed. It was all well done. Bravo Hampton inn. You have a customer for life and I will be back

Breakfast was not good. Fake eggs, coffeemate instead of half and half, oatmeal that was more water than oats. On the 3rd breakfast, the oatmeal was of proper consistency. There was no maid service so we emptied our own trash and found the cart to exchange wet towels.

We thought the breakfast was just great--lots of choices. The room was very spacious, bed was amazingly comfortable. We stayed at this property before Hampton Inn took it over. It's beautifully remodeled.

Can't think of a thing for improvement.

Everything was great, especially the staff. We know hotels are challenged these days with finding staff. The room was nice and roomy. Plenty of parking.

We would have liked the rooms serviced more often, but we understand the staffing issue these days. The only recommendation is that the dark roast coffee in the breakfast area be stronger, it was very, very weak, not dark roast at all.

Breakfast was good. Fruit water to drink was very good.

The bathtub stopper did not stay open when taking a shower so the water did not drain and started to fill the bathtub.
