The staff was very accommodating, we felt spoilt with all the amenities and the hotel’s ethos is something we all agreed with and enjoyed. We came for my father’s birthday and all felt that it was a treat to be at h2hotel. The breakfast was lovely, my parents like freebies, so the fact that it was included made them feel even better. My husband just got a wisdom tooth removed and the spoon bar was the only restaurant that had a decent soup. Every other restaurant in Healdsburg had gazpacho, which can get boring quick. My mom loves Roche Bobois, so seeing the Mah Jong Sofa set in the lobby was delightful to her. This location was central in Healdsburg, we could walk everywhere!

The water and ice stations were broken on 2 floors. I understand that there are some issues with drought, but it did stand out in our experience since the whole was so luxurious.

My husband was the only one who went down to the lobby to have breakfast on the first morning of our stay. He told us there was not much really and he had to order food to have a hearty meal. So the following morning, all of us didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.

1. I paid $1,200+ for two nights stay. For that amount, you could provide a full and heavier breakfast. 2. There was a small crawling insect on our bed on the first night. In panic, I squashed it with my iPad and it made a stain on the white sheets. 3. The deep bathtub is not useful for me. It's dangerous in my opiniion. Maybe some guests like that.

Location couldn't be better. Within a quick walk of the town center, cafes, shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants. Valet was super convenient and easy to use, ubers came quickly, and the hotel had bikes available for use. The room was even better than I was expecting and was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a cute little back patio. Everything in the room was excellent quality and provided an elevated feel -- the linens, robes, Nespresso machine (no cheap coffee makers here), provided toiletries, and complimentary snacks. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and exceptionally kind. Front desk was available 24 hours in case anything was needed. Highly recommend!

While I couldn't hear anyone else in their rooms and the hotel was overall very quiet, hallway noise was easy to hear in the room. My room was directly in front of the elevator so was highly trafficked; potentially a little quieter for rooms that are not so centrally located. Overall I wouldn't say this was a huge issue for me, but at times a little annoying and would be noteable for light sleepers.

The warm wooden touches in the decor made the hotel feel very welcoming. Our bedroom was nicely laid out and well sized and the bathroom was very good. There was an outdoor balcony for our room with seating and although we didn't go out there as our visit was in winter, it felt very inviting. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice addition with a tasty continental spread and excellent service. The location was just a block away from the plaza area and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Parking was on the street but we had no trouble in securing a spot right out the front. We had left one of our adaptor plugs behind so the reception desk found us one to borrow for our stay.

We would have liked to stay longer. There was no iron in the room but it was very quickly delivered (2 mins) when we rang down to reception and asked for one.

Window shutters allowed excessive light into the room. Impossible to sleep late. No USB or 120v connections on nightstand or desk Valet and parking was a hassle, not enough room to park on a busy street A bit pricey

Great location, very quiet and clean, well-maintained, lovely facilities and furnishings, nice amenities. Breakfast buffet had a great high-quality selection. Lovely courtyard for outdoor dining. Pool was small but very nice and clean. Staff were all super friendly and helpful!

Room had a nice balcony but the little metal chairs were not so comfortable and the view was not great, overlooking the dirty rooftop of an out-building next door. Room rates were a bit pricey.

Room was rather smaller in size that expected the bathroom was roomy enough and quite comfy however

We celebrated our city hall wedding up in Healdsburg, this is one of our favorite hotels. They were super kind and uprgarded our room and had bubbles waiting when we arrived. Excellent customer service and made our stay very special .

The bathtub was perfect! Easy walkable location.

The room was impeccably clean and has some nice free treats. The view of the garden rooftops are amazing. I really loved that it is in such a great locations. Lots of course stores you can walk to. Beautiful decor!

The continental, although good, left something to be desired. There is still breakfast that you can buy. The staff is really friendly.

The hotel is very conveniently located, we could walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I especially likes the complimentary valet parking including charging. Room was good size and our room on the 2nd floor had a small patio area too which was nice. Lots of nice touches to encourage sustainable living , including water in glass carafes in the room and using reclaimed wood as part of the decor.

Access to a gym would have been nice since it was still a bit cold to uae the outdoor pool. But the weather was good enough to go walking, biking (they provide bikes and helmets) and running on the Foss Creek trail.
