Worldmark Windsor

Location is very close to many nice places to eat, things to do and much to see. Bodega Bay is a must and we enjoy the nice walk around Armstrong Park. The Sonoma county coast is beautiful to drive. Lots of interesting places to pull off and enjoy natures gifts. Santa Rosa has a nice mall with free parking.

The unit had a few issues… Tired furniture, main bathroom door did not close and it was impossible to start the dishwasher. It had been pushed too far under the counter to access operating buttons. We had to pay for WiFi also.

This is a timeshare property, so there was no breakfast provided. However, the unit had a full kitchen so no breakfast was needed. I was most impressed by all of the staff members that I came in contact with. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I never like to be asked to go to a sales pitch. They were very polite about it, but I still would prefer to not be asked to sit through a "90" minute no pressure presentation that ALWAYS goes for over 2 hours and is ALWAYS full of pressure to buy more time.

The property has a great location, and the physical layout of the unit we had was good. The unit is well appointed with appliances, dishes, etc.

The HVAC, which ran 24/7 was very noisy, so much so that bedroom doors had to be closed to be able to sleep. Furniture was pretty standard, but the beds are due to be replaced, as they sag so much the sheets constantly come loose. The property is terribly short on parking making the lot hard to navigate with cars parked wherever they can find room. The timeshare sales staff is a bit aggressive. Lastly, we stayed at the property as "hotel" guests, but got no services.

2 bedroom suite was clean and had a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for accessing a lot that this part of Sonoma has to offer. E.g., coastal parks, lovely towns and if interested a lot of wineries.

Do not think internet use should be an extra cost. As it is a timeshare facility you will be asked to participate in the seminar, but you can politely refuse.

Overall this place was great. It was roomy, the beds were comfortable, there was a full kitchen with some supplies provided i.e. pans, silverware, salt and pepper, etc. The grill on the balcony was hooked up to a gas line and easy to use. There was a gas fireplace that was all easy to use. The shower was a good size with great water pressure (know that it runs on a in unit water heater so it will run out if you take too long a shower just like it would at your house.) There was a very large heated swimming pool, a medium size spa, and then a smaller one which had excellent lighting.

I had wrote them and asked to be put on a top floor, they put me on the 2nd and, not much but at times I could hear the people above me walking about. The kitchen could have used more cooking supplies such as olive oil and tin foil. The living room furniture was pretty average.

Convenient to wineries and close to downtown Windsor. Easy on and off the highway. Unit was spacious for the price we paid on booking.com. Super Clean

Hot tubs around the property were a joke. The one behind our building was located inside a chain-link fence directly next to the pool pump for the large pool that was constantly running. Water was only lukewarm didn’t even bother.

The check in process was easy and the staff was very welcoming. My unit was clean and quite and the grounds were beautiful. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby which I enjoyed. I will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was well maintained, built with quality materials and contemporary style. Everything one could need basically was provided for within the apartment. This makes me think the company cares about the needs and wishes of the consumers. We liked the extras that were included like the balcony with a grill, the handy enclosed washer and dryer, the cozy fireplace, having enough extra blankets, and a well stocked kitchen, on and on and on….

The arcade area of the main building had about half of it’s machines out of operation. Normally I do not care about an arcade.. But our stay was primarily to accommodate young cousins getting together and they love an arcade.

I didn't know you offer breakfast with our stay. For the most part we are enjoying our staycation with you and the ability to make our own breakfast.

We did not have the opportunity to enjoy room 3110 in building #3. You were upgrading that building with a new paint job. Regardless, we enjoyed the stay with you.

Location is good and good value.

Very strick checking in and checking out time. It is a time share, so they try to sell you one when you check in. The salesperson is very skillful and / or polite. He got the hint that we are not interested and let us go quickly.
