very comfortable room, great courtyard

There was no complimentary coffee or a welcome wine toast. most hotels in wine country offer a wine reception or a welcome glass of wine. this hotel has a very nice wine country vibe and feel, but it fell short on these perks.

The location was perfectly convenient right off the freeway. Rooms were cute and cozy and the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Special shoutouts to KARLA and TIFFANY because they were both AMAZING. LEGENDARY customer service from both of them. We showed up very late to a busy hotel, and they were able to secure a perfect room for us - it was a wonderful surprise for my wife and both Tiffany and Karla had amazing grace under pressure in a stressful situation. They were kind and generous and courteous - absolutely stellar service. Keep them at all costs and give them raises!

This is an older Best Western that was renovated by Hilton and definitely updated. The room has a fireplace, a king bed, a sitting area with sofa and coffee table, a huge shower and nice bathroom, and a little outdoor sitting area. It was so quiet and SUCH a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was quite friendly, too. Also -- they have many outdoor areas for sipping wine, or relaxing in the sun, and hanging with your friends between activities. We will definitely stay here again!!

They have simple food options, so you do need to go elsewhere for a full-on dinner, but we were planning that anyway. Really, not much that we didn't like!!

It was very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. Let me borrow an umbrella, I was traveling alone so very helpful about where to eat and conversation to the lone traveler.

There was a person taking pictures while I was eating and complaining about the fact there wasn't a restaurant and Hilton would not refund her points even though she paid the same rate as I did plus points. She probably needed to be stopped to not annoy other guests. I was the only one in the reception area and eating my breakfast at the time but she was annoying.

The hot tub by our room was freezing cold. Not working. Went to the other hot tub by the pool. Towel not stocked and the hot tub was full of dirt at the bottom. I was told over the phone that breakfast was for diamond members only. Is that correct? Headboards move everyone I would move. They need to be mounted to the wall or something.

The place was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

My only complaint was the guest in the room above us was very loud, walking back and forth and dropping something on the floor over and over between 11:00 and 11:45 pm. I contacted the front desk and the noise stopped.

Great location, easy to find and quiet/safe. Our room was great - enjoyed the little patio, shutters and courtyard view. The shower was quite nice and we got a good nights' sleep on the comfy bed. AC worked great and we couldn't even hear it - yay! Nespresso style coffee machine was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Small, lovely amenities, easy walking access to the town.

For as nice and expensive as it is, there was no soap or shower gel in our shower. They also use the cheapest toilet paper there is. These are minor issues, overall, but annoying.

Very pretty property!! Very elegant. The front desk person was so nice and welcoming. She made me the yummiest vanilla latte. The room was very nice with a fireplace and patio. The property has a nice pool and hot tub. It is close to our favorite bakery / breakfast place in Healdsburg.

easy walk or bike to town, great location for biking the wine country, comfortable bed and lovely room.

unnecessary $10. charge for parking, EV charger was broken, gym was off site and very hot.
