Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hesperia, an IHG Hotel

my wasn’t clean right, the pervious person left their drinks and housing keeping didn’t clean the room throughly.

The rooms are always clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Bed is super comfortable and the keurig, microwave, and mini fridge are very convenient! Staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is nice.

The walls are pretty thin. You can hear the tv in the next room as well as the shower doors. I’ve stayed here 3 times, and the first 2 time the noise was tolerable and it died down after a little while. This last time it sounded like someone was sprinting back in forth in their room upstairs. Also the a/c is a wall unit, it does it job, but this time we had to ask for batteries for the thermostat. Overall it’s worth the $100+ but not for more money than that.

A bit run down and breakfast ends too soon - ice machine was broken on my floor, tap water and you should have the little samples for shampoo and soap. it’s weird to use items that are already open. gross. the shower had discolored plastic tile and the towels were super rough. The bed was wonderful.

We had a good stay until our last day when the guests in the room next to us woke us up at 6 am being extremely loud as they were being intimate.

We have stayed here before and it is close to our son's home so it is conveniently located for us.

Two of the three receptionists did not wear a mask (evening and morning shifts). With the COVID soaring, it should be assumed that the staff would want to protect themselves and the customers. There was no hair dryer in the room. The rooms had this when we stayed there in the past. With their disregard for the COVID, sanitizing a hairdryer should not be a problem.

It was a typical HIE experience. Very predictable room and facility layout. I twas well maintained.

The breakfast was, well, I don't know because I had to leave for early work on both days. The breakfast on Saturday began at 6:30 and I had to leave at 6. Sunday was no better; it began at 7 and I had to leave at 6:30! On Saturdaym there wasn't even coffee on. Sunday, I got a banana, a yogurt and coffee after sneaking into the unattended area.

The service was great the rooms clean and the beds so soft and comfortable like sleeping on a cloud best rest i had in such a long time and next morning breakfast was delicious

The only thing I noticed that when i got in the shower that night i noticed yellow stains in the bath tub and walls

it was modern, clean, had exactly what you would expect from holiday inn..it was what we needed at that point in our trip..

at breakfast… every cup was individually wrapped in plastic.. as was each knife and each fork. even with covid this seemed over the top and not good for the environment..

I liked everything

I didn't like the front desk service in the morning the girl in the front desk was rude she look like she did not want to be at work she never ones looked at me in my face what type of guest welcoming is that u just need a good and great person people

Very comfortable beds. Great bathroom and perfect lighting. The pillows were perfect. We felt very cozy. The curtains blocked out the light from outside and we were able to sleep in more because we checked in at 1 in the morning.

The lights in the room were too dim but other than that the room was perfect. The stay was on point.
