The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the bed, it's super comfy with soft pillows. I liked having a smart tv and big couch which could also be used as a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower were very big and spacious, really enjoyed that. The room was amazing overall. I also liked that they had snacks, medicine and water available to buy, sometimes you just forget something and don't feel like going out to the shops. I had a late checkout on the last day and the receptionists were more than happy to take care of my luggages while I was out exploring.

There was one day where the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bins were emptied however the rest of the room was left undone. It could have been by mistake but I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. The window couldn't be fully opened, I assume maybe because the room was on the ground floor and people could have access from outside. The problem is it gets stuffy with the fitted carpeting so being able to open the window would help with air circulation. Breakfast was mostly good, although some days it seemed like there wasn't a lot of food variety.

The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. There is a cute outdoor shopping mall across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of outdoor parking. Parking is 10 USD per night, which is cheap compared to other hotels/locations where you can pay 40 USD per night.

The breakfast was very basic for our taste. It would be nice to add vegan alternatives. The shower was not well cleaned; we found hair from the previous guest on it. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to clean the trash every day.

Location was close to the airport and walking distance to both shopping, dining, and the offices I needed to meet at. That being said, the property is lovely and access to working spaces both in my room and in the lobby were helpful. Breakfast was great. Staff was kind. Market/snack options were broad. I didn't get to use the patio due to my own time constraints but it was gorgeous. My room was very close to it and despite it being used into the later evening it wasn't disruptive to my rest.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast.

Our room faced a very busy intersection & there was a constant hum of traffic & car horns. We were also located near the lifts & the lifts sounded a "bing bong' every time they opened. Glad I had ear plugs.

The location is so good,very easy to move to mall as well as food court.Big car parking area.Breakfast is served everyday but not too much choices.There is laundry room and it is useful if you travel with kids.

The room is cleaned every 3 days but in fact my room is cleaned after 5 nights and made at least 2 phone calls to front desk.

Loved the location, shopping centre across from the hotel and the 405 around the corner.

Had to pay for parking (10€) and that the room service is every 3 days (not that it’s a problem) but when I asked “what do we do with towels that have been used” they said at the desk, to put them outside the room door. I found that a little tacky cause when we arrived to our floor the first thing we saw was towels on the hall way. Not a good look.

Very clean - smelled amazing everywhere. The breakfast included with your stay was great. Staff was beyond friendly. Extremely relaxing stay - which was a nice surprise. Great surprise also to be next to an enormous mall.

Price could have come down another $25 but that is just travel these days.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel was very close to my job, restaurants and shopping. The AC worked well. The desk in the room was very helpful as I was there for work. Facilities came to my room the 11th when I checked in after 5PM to help me with the TV and the man was very professional and helpful, additionally, I saw him in the elevator later and he remembered me and asked if everything was ok. I appreciated that very much. The front desk folks were nice, there was a lady on the morning of the 15th who helped me check out that was particularly helpful. The bed was comfy but your washcloths are kind of thin and scratchy. I will bring my own if I stay there again just in case they haven't updated.

The breakfast offered was not very good. The pictures on the website made it look great but the offerings were slim and not very tasty. 2 of the bulbs in my bathroom light were off and I asked to have them checked but I never heard anything so I asked again and was finally told the parts were on order. No accommodation was offered. My suggestion is that if the rooms are cleaned every 3 days you should leave enough towels for 3 days. The snack bar is WAY too expensive. $4.00 for a soda?

Only one elevator to get out of the building ..How can we get out in case of a fire? Of course the stairs would be the way to go. Our room was all the way at the end of hall ..THE HALL way WAS LONG ..

The breakfast featured many more choices than I expected. It was great and a time saver.

We replaced the toilets in our home three years ago (as did most of the family) and they are higher (ADA approved, maybe); so encountering a much lower one was uncomfortable (especially for an old person like me). Also, I had reserved a room for my daughter and family (of four) through Reservation Desk and the original room you assigned her had only one bed and the reservation was for two queens.... Your staff gave her and her family another room.
