The front desk staff was excellent! We had noisy neighbors and they moved us to a larger, better room. They gave restaurant suggestions & we were greeted kindly every time we met. The pool, grounds & pet area was beautifully landscaped. Remolded, clean rooms. Walking distance to restaurants. 20 min to Knott's & dog beach.

No microwave or coffee maker in room. No complimentary toiletries. The people that stayed there were a mix of seniors, middle aged singles with pets to young couples. There were some very questionable individuals that we used caution around. We had teens with us but didn't leave them alone. I don't recommend this hotel if your kids wander.

Good location, good price, and office staff nice.

I didn’t like only one thing that I felt annoyed when I hadn't checked out yet, I was arbitrarily opened my room door by a housekeeper. In addition, in the early morning around 5am, someone knocked on the door to wake me up.

Well the room was close to the freeway and restaurants for a good breakfast and hot coffee. The staff was good. Looked clean.

The Rooms are very small the beds are super close together. They didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner available in the room, my tv control was not working properly. The police and ambulance and firefighters were there late night and I’m not exactly sure what was going on downstairs from us but it was loud.

Clean, nice staff, pool, deluxe queen room 175 is the best room ever! It's like a little apartment on the bottom by the front desk. Always stay by the front so u don't have to deal with the sketchers. The staff is amazingly accommodating as long u show them some respect. They have to deal with alot so if ur patient and kind in the way u approach them they will do whatever they can to help u. They have been very good to us and my husband has been staying there for almost a month while he looks for a place. The pool is cleaning no one is ever there. A great place for a cheap clean decent stay. Make sure u get that deluxe room so u have more of an upgrade if staying longer than a night or 2. Always book ahead online it's cheaper!

Cindy was fantastic!!!! The manager and cleaning ladies were also very nice and did everything to make my stay comfortable. Great place to stay for a great value! I will stay again when returning to California.

I didn't like that I saw a couple of roaches and there was a plastic drug bag discarded outside my room

Room was neat and clean. At first, the mattress was a bit squeaky and I was afraid it was going to be worn out. Which it wasn't. Bed was very comfortable. All in all, it's a Motel 6, probably gets alot of traffic, but it was in good shape and comfortable.

Water pressure and the height of the shower head - too low. Also, the tub surface was not slippery, but I had to be careful of how I moved in the shower.

It was a nice Motel 6. Check in was easy. No problems except that Priceline increased the rate after I chose the room.

Actually the night clerk was awesome , he made the entire check in process enjoyable . Great customer service ! He started my stay on a positive note and it stayed that way all the way through check out . It was nice to actually have a person who is personable , pleasant and professional at the check in desk at motel 6

No breakfast, and the AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT KEEP ROOM COLD. They send someone to look at it. Nothing happened
