The room was very clean and the temperature was already set to 72 so I didn't have to wait for it to heat up or cool down. Staff was very personable and helpful. I especially liked the location. There are stores and several places to eat within a short walking distance. Lastly, the breakfast was good. Eggs, bagels, toast, waffles, potatoes, yogurt, whole fruit, juice, coffee, tea, oatmeal with all the fixings - nuts, cranberries, granola, brown sugar, etc. They also have a restaurant and bar that opens in the afternoon with a wide variety of affordable options. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

It was nice and clean. Had a variety of restaurants right in the parking lot.

I don’t mind not having room service everyday but I do think garbages should be picked up daily and new bags replaced.

I liked that it was near a lot of essential things, grocery outlet, wing stop, CVS, baskin robins, chipotle- all in walking distance. It had late night appetizers, pizza and drinks avalible at the bar. Laundry avaliable. Very clean, safe, newer. I would stay again!! Parking easy and close.

Great little hotel room in Imperial Beach with an awesome shower. Staff very helpful and efficient in all matters. Clean room with a comfy bed. Decent breakfast. Awesome location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Loved Hampton Inn in Imperial Beach!

Everything was fine, in my opinion. (Besides Netflix wanted me to login - I didn’t know if I needed my own account or what.)

Breakfast was great. Large variety of foods to choose from. Oatmeal was excellent and liked the different toppings to put in it.

They closed the breakfast doors right at nine am without announcing last call. They closed the doors and my husband was inside. Need to give a last call for breakfast.

Very clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Location was good-close enough to the beach and a Starbucks and a few eateries next door.

Ordered a pizza from the bar for our kids. It wasn’t very good. The breakfast was lacking, but it was the same as most free hotel breakfast.

Loved it! There was my name on the screen of the TV right when I walked in. The view to the streets were nice. Loved how spacious the room was. It has everything. I liked that you couldn't hear much through the walls or from the residents above.

Honestly from one motel to this inn in one night, this is beyond perfection. I liked everything about it.

I was supposed to get a connected room but when I got there i didn’t. but they were able to accommodate me with the second room close by.

The breakfast was adequate, it’s a nice way to start the day. The location was convenient to the beach and boardwalk. It’s on a quirky intersection, I couldn’t find a direct way to getting to the beach area. There was a lot of winding through the neighborhoods.

The room is fairly spacious and well lit.

The mattress was really uncomfortable, the pillows were worn out, and there was a lot of noise from the room above. Breakfast was really disappointing. Even the coffee was bad. We stayed here several months ago, and everything was much better. It’s changed a lot.
