Everywhere I went was a 20 minute or less drive. Location is perfect. The room was very spacious. Channels on TV had a lot of good movies on.

We came to this hotel a year or so ago and the breakfast spread was chorizo and eggs, potatoes, sausage, the works. Was looking forward to the breakfast this time and all they had was cereal, toast and bagels, and waffles. They have 2 waffle makers. One of them broke the 2nd morning so we didn't even end up eating there because of the line. Also the fridge in our room went out the 2nd night. Not all of the outlets in the room worked.

location next to an authentic Mexican supermarket pancho villa with delicious tacos and Birria, there is Starbucks drive through too in front of hotel . family room had 3 large beds ( perfect in our case ) , at 2 miles from Tijuana / border . not far by car from National city where there is a lot of good options ( tacos, sea food boil/ Filipino, lots of fast foods and restaurants ) . 10 min from imperial beach ( really nice area ) Easy acess from north to South San Diego on the A5. will come back again . fair price . I recommend. free parking and free breakfast too ( but did not try it ) . Air conditioning freezing ( perfect)

- Bathroom floor need to be checked. -Was expecting one of the refurbished modern rooms like in website pictures . Got an older one with pink items of decoration and unicorn paintings , cute but would have prefered a modern one.

The location is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It is also close to the i5 freeway. The room size is good. Lots of storage space. The bathroom is clean. A mini fridge and microwave are available. Plenty of outlet for chargers. The staffs are nice. Good free breakfast. An ice maker is available. Plenty of cart to move stuff from the car to the room and back.

The pool was not clean. The room floor was dusty. The air-conditioning in my room wasn't working properly.

The king room with the hot tub was amazing!!!!! The decor is a little outdated but still so lovely. The bed was comfy and the water was hot.

The breakfast could have been way better. There were no eggs or fruit, only carbs all around. Also the walls were thin but that's alright lol

Architecture, breakfast and location are good

The room wasn’t heated and it was incredibly cold outside. I had to wait for the heater to warm the room before removing my winter jacket. Also the interior furniture is outdated and somewhat cheap

I actually really liked this hotel, the fact that they don't charge deposit is great. I really liked how clean it was. We got there early and the guy on the front desk was kind enough to check us in at 12 when check in was at 2. The air conditioning wasn't working and they replaced it right away. For two nights last minute it was super affordable. I'm definitely coming back here! Very close to the border the 906 bus takes you straight to there!

Everything was fine, they don't have a do not disturb sign so the room service knocked and came in while we were still sleeping caught us off guard.

Wonderful place! so quaint & beautifully decorated with kitschy items & great Christmas decorations. comfy beds, very nice sheets, seating areas around the property.

towels could be thicker/softer & not their fault but bring earplugs for the I-5 traffic noise.

It is a very cozy and beautiful hotel, super close to freeway and Mexican border.

The ice machine that was by the stairway is too close to the steps and my shoe was caught while going down. I spoke to someone about the issue but the machine was not moved by the time I left.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, only a few miles from the border so very handy if you’re planning a trip over to Tijuana. nice friendly staff in good location, would stay again.

breakfast was very basic, nothing special

the property was great value, perfect location for our purpose, they allow our dogs. staff was nice and they had great little decorations that made it homey. beds were comfy. cutie little patio area to have brunch or dinner.
