I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks with my family. The staff at the front desk and cleaning service staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to the 5 interstate, close to border. there are taco shops and grocery stores close by. There is a McDonalds and gas station you can walk to (almost in the same parking lot) We felt safe and we had no problems. I would like to add that the hotel manager is very nice and very involved in the property. I saw him almost everyday walking the property, checking rooms, cleaning and doing maintenance. I would stay here again.

This is a good spot to just sleep for the night. Nothing fancy but it's clean, the beds are comfortable, has outlets for your devices. Office is staffed 24/7 if you need to check out super early. Some highway noise, so earplugs are good to have. Yes, they make you leave a deposit for any damage, or in case you don't turn the TV remote back in when you check out. I'm sure they would rather not have to do that, but it's one of the least expensive hotels around and I'm sure they need some way to hold people responsible. Just takes a minute to turn it back in the next morning. Would stay again.

Found the room attractive, clean, and comfortable. Nice plank floors. We liked having a microwave and small fridge in our room. The room had an up to date heat pump that functioned well.

The tile around the tub was really nice, a fairly new toilet, nice long counter around the sink, but the tub and sink themselves were really old and needed replacing and the bathroom needed painting.

Was woken up at 8:30am by the cleaning lady. She was knocking while opening my door 🚪 as I slept. Room#202. That's not correct. I had until 11am to check out . They need to be more careful. You can't just bust inside the privacy of a guests room like that. 😤😭

The location is very close to some main attractions. We went to SeaWorld, Midway and Imperial Beach. All seemed to be less than 30 minutes away. The hotel is older but was very clean inside and out. There are some signs of its age and there were a few spots in the room thay weren't cosmetically perfect but all was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and though the a/c unit was older it did the job perfectly. The staff was very nice and we had maid service daily. There was even a McDonald's in the parking lot....super convenient. Easy access to the freeway and it is surrounded by food choices including a drivethru Starbucks. This hotel is very close to the Mexico border but you wouldn't know it. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The value is phenomenal! I traveled with my family...2 adults and 3 children.

The pool was closed. I didnt ask why or see why. Its seemed ok from the outside and if it was open it looked to be a good pool.

there was no breakfast. The hotel is worth the price because of location, security and comfort but the wifi is non-existent. There are some shady people around but that is true for any comparable locations. Despite non-function wifi it is a good value and relatively quiet.

Easy to reach, reasonably priced, normal size rooms, plenty of parking, nice staff.

Wi-fi sometimes didn't work in the room,not all rooms were remodeled( had to change rooms).

It is in a good location, easy to arrive and there are restaurants around. The rooms are clean and wide, they have air conditioner cold & heat. Great Place to take 1-3 nights. The staff is very kind.

Just add extra blankets in winter.
