The entire establishment was clean, friendly staff, all the accommodations you want during your stay. Five star service!!!!!

There’s a charge to park your vehicle. The breakfast options could have used some variety.

I appreciate the update of the mask policies since I was from a different region. Gave me great suggestions of resources around the hotel. As long as you communicate with the staff and do not assume everything is like before shutdown, great stay and staff is making sure to do everything on their part to make a comfortable stay for you.

There was construction being done on the hotel but communicating with staff ,they helped me get around everything safely

The location was definitely worth the reasonable price paid! It was a great area , very peaceful and calm . Front desk was able to help and gave us the what we wanted .

We went inside two rooms and both had dirty mirror and bed stand with odd smells . I wish rooms were maintained better .

New and very clean hotel with modern design. Very close to the plaza with nice assortment of restaurants. Room was very clean after recent renovation and with very modern design and very comfortable bed :) Stuff was friendly and professional.

The hotel location is just uphill the shopping plaza in the middle of the neighborhood where people are living, so this is more of a senior citizen resort with a pool and less like an hotel. Due to COVID-19 everything was closed, pool, dining and gym, but hotel charges complete night stay excluding a daily 10$ parking fee which is added automatically to the bill, I think this hotel is 35-40% overpriced due to the fact that you’re getting only the room.. My room was facing the parking lot with huge construction truck :( Gladly, I came for work so I didn’t care about it too much.

Location was near restaurants and freeway. It was located on top of a hill so view was quite nice from the parking lot.

EVERYTHING,rooms were spacious,clean and up to date.The area was quiet and you had a perfect view of the snow capped mountains.will return in the future.This a Five star hotel for sure

Not one wrong thing about the hotel.

Checking in staff was great. Checking out, Rabie I think that was her name. Not so good. Answered phone and did not acknowledge I was standing in front of her. Waiting. Rude. She could if said she would be right with me.

At night because of Memorial Day Weekend I guess, the pool area and courtyard area turned into a frat house besides that, after hours was pretty peaceful which was good.

A bit more shade/umbrellas in outdoor patio area and a garbage can in pool area.

location is good. closed to park, restaurant, market & freeway.

room is not really quiet on the first floor, curtain is not 100% cover the sunshine.
