Holiday Inn Express Lathrop - South Stockton, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was very well kept, clean, quiet, nice staff, great breakfast, the halls smell good and pool and sauna are clean and relaxing. Neighborhood was nice we walked for coffee

The queens size beds were comfortable. The pool was great for the kids. We even enjoyed our Dominoes pizza outside by the pool for dinner. The staff were all so nice and helpful, especially the lady that set out the breakfast. And the breakfast was amazing compared to other hotels we had stopped at on this trip.

If one of the other guests near our room didn't shout so loud on his phone or play his TV so loudly. The hotel can't really help if other guests are rude.

Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Desk was great-very nice snd helpful. Quiet room, A/C was good. Bath tub and shower feature were really good. Forgot some clothes and front desk found them snd my son retrieved them back.

The lighting is the room was not good. Couldn’t see a thing in the closet-too dark. I guess that why I forget some clothes!! Was able to have front desk find them.

Very friendly staff. Location is ideal and proximity to other services was very convenient.

I didn't appreciate not being told ahead of time that I would have to pay an additional deposit payment for both of our rooms upon checking in.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The bed, sheets, blankets and pillows are very comfortable, and there is a nice smell when you sleep in the bed. The public areas and rooms very clean. Breakfast is good for this particular period of time.

The network was constantly interrupted and connected repeatedly, with poor speed and signal. In the hallway and next door, someone was talking constant uproar until after 1 am.

Room was very clean, front desk lady was super nice, breakfast was better than most restaurants! Parking was not the best, the piles that block the electrical box by the gate need to be taller so they can be seen from inside a vehicle.

When I booked room I was told one price . When I got there I was charged another for upgrade to room with spa tub (jacuzzi tub) $30 upgrade.. but I specifically ask for room with the tub and the pics showed the room with the tub . When I booked the room This bothered me a lot. I have the money to pay for it . It was just the fact that I feel I was charged extra because I was already told a different price when I booked that room king executive suite with spa tub ..smh

Room was very clean and comfortable. Felt very safe with fenced in parking lot and good lighting. COVID policies were followed by employees. Quiet inside the hotel. Night person (female) was not very friendly; morning people were GREAT! Especially the woman serving breakfast - it wasn’t her fault the food was bad.

Breakfast was horrible - fake cheese goop ruined barely edible eggs. Bananas were totally bruised and mushy. No coffee in the room with the coffee maker - why put a coffee maker in the room with no coffee?

Close to I-5 access. Check-in was quick and desk clerk very helpful.

Concerned that the next door truck washing facility would be operational late into the evening and noisy. However the facility seemed to close at dusk and there was no sound issue.

Clean, convenient, very comfortable, and the breakfast was great.
