The hotel surpassed our expectations - it was modern and clean and bright, in a quiet location with ample free parking. The room was way more spacious than we expected, the seating area was of a comfortable size, the sofa bed was a double-sized bed, the table on wheels could be pushed to seating area for us to use it as our dining/gathering area, the kitchenette was a good area for us to leave our snacks and drinks, there was ample table-top and storage space for all 4 of us. Bathroom amenities and layout (no bathtub but a generous-sized shower cubicle) worked well for us. Good breakfast (cute mini-waffle maker) included.

Not much around the hotel, but we chose this hotel as it was a close enough drive to the outlets mall, which was our reason for going to Livermore, anyway. And we were glad we chose this hotel, and would recommend a stay here.

Breakfast was appreciated with adequate options for standard self serve. Staff was excellent. LEILA at the front desk in the evening was extraordinary trying to help me connect to WIFI which is my only complaint. Could not stay connected.

Could not connect to the hotel WIFI network on my iPhone 6. LEILA, evening front desk, tried to trouble shoot it but failed. We had to go outside to use the GPS. Was my outdated iOS the issue?

Coffee pretty good. Choice of cereal, toast, waffles and breakfast sandwiches or egg bowls. Waffles preferred. close to freeway but no freeway noise. Choice of when you want room serviced. I asked for extra pillows and towels ahead of time and got them. Asked housekeeping if I could have extra coffee and was handed a bag with what I needed.

mattress okay but I'm used to temperpedic.

I don't eat pork (bacon, ham, sausage) and I am not a fan of cheese. Breakfast was limited in that area. The waffles were good, bread selection was good, as well as the condiments, but the egg area was lacking.

The pillows were a bit flat. Overall, room was nice and comfortable!

The room is incredibly good. It is brand new and like a small apartment, with a full kitchen. Wonderful facility.

The member of the staff that did out check in was clearly bored and unemphatic. She did things without a single or looking in the eyes. Very bad attitude for such a nice place to stay. In spite of this, we would go e a second chance because of the amazing room.

It was indeed quiet and the bed was quite comfortable.

The initial impression colors the rest of an experience. And my initial impression was flat. The reception person was not especially welcoming; did not make eye contact with us; rattled off services & amenities. I hope she will be more welcoming in future and I hope she will not be reprimanded in any way.

The breakfast was great, many options, the rooms are excellent, and the kitchenette is wonderful. I felt really at home with the appliances, and essential kitchen stuff provided.

The location didn't really work for me. But free parking was a plus.

Breakfast was great! The lady at the front desk was super nice but I happened to forget her name. She accommodated all our needs knowing I was getting married that weekend and I know It was gonna be loud with all my groomsmen. But she was cool about it just as long as we stayed in the lobby, pool, or fire pit area. I would stay here again!!
