All of the hotel staff seemed very dog friendly (I am disable and travel with my Service Dog). There seemed to be a lack of pet potty areas and lack of grassy areas. This can be a problem during rainy days. There are more disabled parking spaces than legally required which is great! We forgot an item in the room, the staff was happy to mail it yo us.

We didn’t receive any maid service during our stay. This could be because of a staffing shortage. Perhaps it just needed to be requested. The roll in shower caused water to get beyond the shower curtain. A 1/4” strip just beyond the shower curtain would have prevented that.

I liked the fact that it wasn't too close to the freeway which made the noise factor very minimal, which made my stay very nice. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous! Loved that there was soap dispensers in the shower, which is much better than having small bottles for trying to bathe and washing one's hair!

Because there were two hotels next to each other, parking was quite challenging. I don't recall there being any continental breakfast, so if that was offered, that would be nice. I don't have anything else I wasn't happy with.

I liked the area where the hotel is located, quiet and easy to get to. Staff were very accommodating and helpful when asked any question. Loved the rooms that I reserved, made our trip less stressful.

I wish they had room for free continental breakfast, this would be a great addition to a very nice hotel. This is probably the only "beef" I would say I have.

I like the security cameras in the parking lot since they may discourage thieves who could steal my vehicle catalytic converter. The bed was comfortable. The eliptical machine in the fitness center was working.

I liked the location, the staff, that there was shampoo and body wash already provided in the bathroom. The room was clean and ready when I checked in.

That there was no continental breakfast available like other hotels. If they offered this, it would make this hotel even better. That would be my only beef.

Rooms are large and clean

Stayed 2 nights, first night they put us in a room where the AC was as loud as a jet plane landing all night long. instead of just changing our room they had maintenance come and he told us he could install a new system. I told them no and insisted a new room. For the price per night, a person should not have to deal with this.

The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The in-room coffee maker was not working, so I obtained coffee from the lobby. Also, the refrigerator was not working. Finally, the price for rooms at this hotel is getting too high.

Close to freeway! Nearby gas station and car wash. Nextdoor to Holiday Inn. Very accessible and gym is 24 hr and next to laundry room. There's a convenience store in hotel as well.

It was perfect!

Comfy bed and bedding. Quiet location. Kitchenette in room.

Reserved for 3 and only 2 service wear in kitchenette. Had to call down for garbage pick up when left in hall..

Location and how quiet it was during the day and evening. We also like the laundry, gym, and office. The staff was friendly and even th out there was a little miscommunication on our part, the staff was so understanding.

As quiet as it was during the day, it was noisy above us and outside.
