All of the hotel staff seemed very dog friendly (I am disable and travel with my Service Dog). There seemed to be a lack of pet potty areas and lack of grassy areas. This can be a problem during rainy days. There are more disabled parking spaces than legally required which is great! We forgot an item in the room, the staff was happy to mail it yo us.

We didn’t receive any maid service during our stay. This could be because of a staffing shortage. Perhaps it just needed to be requested. The roll in shower caused water to get beyond the shower curtain. A 1/4” strip just beyond the shower curtain would have prevented that.

I liked the fact that it wasn't too close to the freeway which made the noise factor very minimal, which made my stay very nice. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous! Loved that there was soap dispensers in the shower, which is much better than having small bottles for trying to bathe and washing one's hair!

Because there were two hotels next to each other, parking was quite challenging. I don't recall there being any continental breakfast, so if that was offered, that would be nice. I don't have anything else I wasn't happy with.

I liked the area where the hotel is located, quiet and easy to get to. Staff were very accommodating and helpful when asked any question. Loved the rooms that I reserved, made our trip less stressful.

I wish they had room for free continental breakfast, this would be a great addition to a very nice hotel. This is probably the only "beef" I would say I have.

The staff is courteous and very friendly. The cleaning staff even found a luggage cart for us when we couldn't find one and brought it to us! This was very helpful.

The handicap room needed some adjustments as the coffee maker doen't fit under cabinets so it was useless until we moved it to the desk. Also not enough bathroom storage/shelves. We brought these issues to the attention of the staff. We feel bad for the staff that people can be so disgusting and not pick up their dogs poop right on the sidewalk!

Rooms are large and clean

Stayed 2 nights, first night they put us in a room where the AC was as loud as a jet plane landing all night long. instead of just changing our room they had maintenance come and he told us he could install a new system. I told them no and insisted a new room. For the price per night, a person should not have to deal with this.

I liked the location, the staff, that there was shampoo and body wash already provided in the bathroom. The room was clean and ready when I checked in.

That there was no continental breakfast available like other hotels. If they offered this, it would make this hotel even better. That would be my only beef.

I like the security cameras in the parking lot since they may discourage thieves who could steal my vehicle catalytic converter. The bed was comfortable. The eliptical machine in the fitness center was working.

I liked how friendly the staff was overall. Cleaning crew was all the more friendly, too! We had a room with a kitchen and it was just perfect. We only stayed for 4 day and 3 nights, but we loved that we were able to buy ingredients at nearby markets and just cook our food instead of having to buy fast food for every meal. I felt safe and clean thanks to the cleanliness of the room and building, in general. Being able to borrow items was a very neat concept. We borrowed a cutting board since we were cooking steaks, so that was great.

I didn't like that they don't clean the rooms every day. Every other day at least would be nice. They only do it every 7 days of your stay.

The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The in-room coffee maker was not working, so I obtained coffee from the lobby. Also, the refrigerator was not working. Finally, the price for rooms at this hotel is getting too high.

Location and how quiet it was during the day and evening. We also like the laundry, gym, and office. The staff was friendly and even th out there was a little miscommunication on our part, the staff was so understanding.

As quiet as it was during the day, it was noisy above us and outside.
