I read reviews and was hesitant on booking here but we were greeted by the nicest man he is very respectful very polite and professional. He made sure our room was clean fresh bed linens our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. I can not lay in a bed to sleep because of my nerve pain but I was able to actually lay in this bed and sleep the most comfortable bed ever I want to take the bed home I haven’t slept this good in 4 years. Anyhow if ever here in this city again or close by I will come back. And the other reviews talked so bad about this place but I didn’t smell any smoke and it was very clean. I can’t remember the very nice man’s name but I think it was Javid or something like that.

Everything was amazing especially who checked us in he was very nice to me. I appreciate the respect and courtesy from him.

On arrival the check in process was fast. I feel like this is a safe location Clean Lots of restaurants Starbucks Staff is very helpful (the housekeeper lady is very very rude and has no customer service skills at all..

Breakfast was convenient. Staff was very helpful. Room was as expected. Will be staying again in a few days.

The guests staying in the room next to us were up all night partying until the very early morning.

I loved the staff, the room was good and clean, loved their breakfast and everything was overall perfect

If I had to say anything bad would be the TV for some reason didn’t want to catch any channels

The front desk Check in was very courteous and helpful in getting us a room. Upon our arrival they advised us that we didn’t have a reservation at their hotel through booking.com. This is the second time in two months that this has happened to me when booking a room through booking. Com. Needless to say, I will never use booking.com again to book my travel reservations.

it was a little difficult to get clean towels and toilet paper from the maids…they kept telling us we had to go down to the front desk which I thought was a little unnecessary…we never had enough towels and wash cloths the entire time

Older building but clean. comfy bed, nice staff, safe area, mexican food across street, basically clean room. micro & mini fridge very clean. even vent on hair dryer was clean! not very noisey for being near freeway. Overall a decent value but a little pricey for this type of hotel. On a personal note - Booking asks me several q's about how covid compliant this place is but I'm not into this whole covid scam. the public should know by now covid's survival rate is over 99.9% - that's 30% higher than the flu; 55% higher than cigarette related illness & 65% higher than obesity related illness. I'm tired of the masking & distancing game. But the hotel complied with basic rules. Someone ill enough to be compromised by this fully treatable cousin of the common cold should take precautions, but I'm not in that category so none of these mandates apply to me or to most people.

no complaints really but the fan cover in bathroom was falling off over the tub, & toilet seat was showing the wood. sheets were well-used but clean. air/heater was not very clean. phone rang around 10:30am but no one on line -- not appreciated.

It was clean and spacious. The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Towels and linens were clean and crisp!

Breakfast couldve been better but all in all it wasnt bad either.
