Nice restaurant that provided a good meal

Your parking was a problem due to a lack of spaces. Do not like current room service. With current price, the room should be attended to daily,not every 4 days.

required 50$ Deposit each night. for example if you planning to stay 4 night required 200$ deposit

The food was excellent at both restaurants. Pool area was lovely, bar was great, staff was very friendly and were very understanding and did not yell at us for not wearing masks. Bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities we used were great. We used shuttle back to the airport, driver was excellent and friendly and location is very close to airport.

All was great.

we stay at this hotel every year for my husband’s birthday. The kids love the indoor heated pool and we love the restaurant down stairs since we can both enjoy a drink with dinner. We both won’t drive even if we have had just one drink so it’s nice to be able to enjoy one together with our meal. The staff is friendly and I love that I can grab a coffee in the morning at the Starbucks located in the lobby cause let’s face it any type of vacation with a 5 year old and another under one you’re gonna need a coffee first thing.

Restaurant right downstairs, excellent food, and the staff was on point, very well done.

When I checked in and gave my credit card for what I thought was incidental charges was charged my full price for three nights. I had pre-paid for this stay. They said it will be reimbursed by bank in 3 to 5 business days after check out. The girl who did it was very nice but very new.

We liked that generally it was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and we loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby.

The pool had beetles and debris and we had to ask the staff to clean it. They took a while to send someone out so my daughter removed the beetles. Then we were still waiting for the debris to be cleaned so we had to tell them twice. We couldn't enjoy the pool until then.

reception was amazing, I arrived at 8am to drop off my bag, and they checked me into my room really early. staff were super nice and room was modern and clean and comfortable

the Mexican restaurant in the hotel is average and the staff there were just talking bout people behind there back

The pools, patio area, the gym, coffee shop, restaurant. Comfy pillows and bed. Not crowded and quiet/relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

On the last day, the hot water was out. I moved rooms and the staff was very accommodating, but the water was still cold in the other room.

Hotel is gorgeous and I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and Terrace Grill.

Although it was advertised that there was a complimentary shuttle to the Lakewood Center, when we tried to use it we were told that they don't go there, recommend updating tv info.

well situated and amenities were nice with Starbucks inside the hotel

the hotel could not find my reservation via booking.com even after making the reservation couple weeks before the travel. they charged me again because of that using my credit card
