The location, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast was all fantastic. Really lovely and beautiful hotel experience - I would definitely recommend and I’d come back here again for sure!

The water in the bathroom takes ages to heat up so if that could be looked at for next time I come back to stay that would be great. this is the only con I have for my stay at the Beverly Hills plaza hotel and spa. the water in the shower and the bathroom sink took a good 5+ minutes to heat up and when you’re in a rush to shower and get ready it’s not ideal.

The word spa should be something else. Plastic surgery and whatever else they provide wasn't a spa at all.

Room and the hotel is well landscaped within the premises. Our room was well furnished and adequately decorated. Everything was functional.

1. The WIFI is not secure so it feel uncomfortable to use it for private communications. It would be nice that with a password provided hotel can provide a bit more secure WIFI connection 2, The hotel charges "Occupancy tax" and also has a parking fee for your Car, but then it is Vale parking and the Vale staff is efficient, polite and very accessible throughout the day so it made us feel OK with parking fee. It was worth it

Super attentive staff Very welcoming from start to finish Valet was always prompt and friendly Extremely quiet and calm loved coming back to this hotel after a busy day out Poolside drinks and snacks were great ! Portion sizes of ice cream from restaurant were enormous! Pool was very nicely heated and warm even on windier days Room service was delicious and great portion sizes This was definitely a splurge for my family but such an awesome experience I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We got a Queen Junior Suite and liked the room. The garden view was very peaceful with noise of the water fountain flowing through the garden. The bathtub was huge, which is great if you are tall. The restaurant for breakfast and coffee was great.

We could hear noise through the walls of the room next store and could hear our neighbor’s TV and snoring at night. There are some stairs to get to the room, which can be a little bothersome if you have a lot of luggage. Also, we were looking forward to trying the restaurant for dinner but the chef was sick so it was closed and there is not much else close by to eat for dinner.

The room was a suite overlooking the pool area, large, luxurious and worth the price! The cleaning and maintenance staff were a pleasure to deal with, so kind and helpful! The front desk staff were exceptional, very professional, efficient and helpful at all hours. The doormen always go above and beyond every time I stay here. Nelson is such a wonderful face of the hotel! The bar staff and room service staff are amazing at what they do and made every meal and drink a pleasure. I love the Beverly Hills Plaza and can’t wait to come back very soon! Thank you to all the staff as always, who make each stay amazing.

Loved everything

The staff was absolutely amazing. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. We loved having a kitchenette in the room. We tried the hotel bar, and even though it closes early (10 pm), the service was good and prices decent. The location isn't too bad: It's a 15-minute walk to Century City and also close to Beverly Hills. We did not use the valet parking and we found that parking in nearby streets was very easy (just gotta look for street signs) We used both the spa and the pool: it was clean, accessible and relaxing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We are not much fans of carpeting, even though most hotel rooms nowadays have those, but we knew from the picture it had some so it's no big deal. The bathroom was amazing. The air vent in the bathroom was dusty, but that's the only place we really noticed as the entire room was really clean. Our room was on the interior garden side, so we can't speak for anyone with a street-facing room, but Wilshire boul. is a busy street, so it may get a little noisy on that side of the building. There is also no elevator - it did not bother us at all, but worth noting if that's important for you.

The Beverly Hills Plaza is absolutely magnificent! We stayed in suite 610 and totally loved our upgrade. We walked to Rodeo Drive in minutes. The entire neighborhood surrounding the hotel is gorgeous. Very residential, very well maintained and very safe.

The property could have more options for smokers, for example, a designated area.

The king suite had a beautifully updated bathroom and kitchen. Nicely appointed furniture, old world charm. Very clean. Easy access to the pool. The queen suite was also nicely updated and comfortable

The bed in the king suite felt like it needed to be replaced. It sagged in the middle a bit. The location for the queen suite was accessible with a series of stairs and away from the pool area.

Beautiful property, well-maintained. Friendly and helpful stafff. The room is spacious. Having a kitchenette n microwave in the room is so convenient for making some midnight snack.

No directly lift access to my room, need to climb up two short flights of stairs, which is a bit inconvenient.
