I was a solo traveler and felt very safe being there by myself which is a huge plus. It is right next to much more expensive hotels and the neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel is very cute from the street and the bar/lounge area is cute and cosy. It was very reasonably priced for this area so if you are on a budget it is a fine option.

The air con was a very old unit and very noisy. I had to turn it off at night because it would stop and start up again repeatedly. The rooms are fine but could do with a refurbish - bit tired although the bathroom was nice.

Staff were so nice! Very comfortable bed with crisp quality linen, beautiful marble bathroom with fluffy quality towels and some toiletries. Drink on arrival was a nice touch! Location is perfect to walk to rodeo drive, cafes, and luxury hotels for meals or cocktails.

The bedroom deco is out of date and needs a full makeover. The building itself is looking a bit tired too

The location of Maison 140 was excellent for our activities. The downstairs lobby was a convenient gathering place for friends and family. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our hotel room was dated and in need of some care and repair; e.g., the carpet and the curtains.

Jennifer at the reception was absolutely fantastic. I had a few problems that needed to be sorted out and she went far beyond what she needed to do to help. A wonderful person, under appreciated who treated me extremely and did a perfect job. Five star lady.

It's a shame they don't have more equipment in the gym. It's a very limited selection. Perhaps the Oasis their sister hotel can get some more equipment as they might have more space.

Location and comfort.

Parking cost $45 dollars per night. I think when you are paying big enough money for a hotel like this, parking should be included.

Amazing people from the receptionist to the bartender to the Cleaner location I could not complain so comfortable the bed was cozy super clean .

Life is too short to complain honestly there was nothing to complain about it.

I loved the stay and the bed was heavenly one of the most comfortable beds ever. I slept like a baby. The room was spacious. The location cannot be any better in the heart of Beverly hills with its own parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful even had a welcome drink they sorted any issues promptly

The bar was run by Randy March, he is an excellent host, he makes all feel extremely welcome, and attracts a lot of the local residents so it made the maison 140 feel like a home away from home. Great to get to know the locals who are a great bunch.

Somewhere to put my suitcase in the room, it was very small.

Comfy bed, great location and amazing that we got to use the pool at the sister hotel just round the corner. As well as the gym. Staff were lovely there too.
