Our stay was amazing everything was new clean and very comfortable beds. All appliances were bran new the entire apartment was so comfortable.. I love how it had its security systems in place.. security codes to enter the property felt very safe including security gates to the main entry .. your own car park spot as well..The access to the hot spots were close as well. Local supermarket was very close and convenient. Very easy check in just enter your code and your in no hassle to carry keys around. The neighboured was very quiet defiantly family friendly for those with kids. From the home I was staying at I could see the city view from the balcony and the Hollywood sign. The staff were great very easy to reach with quick responses. They supplied us with plenty of treats and beverages can't complain. The TV entertainment had amazing programs as well. They allowed me to check out at 12pm rather then 11am (upon request). Defiantly ill be back and recommend it to all ! Thank you for everything I felt like I was home. Very good value, safe location

Flat was in a different location to that advertised. It wasn’t a problem as it was near by, but think you should be warned about this prior to booking. Had to send a lot of messages via WhatsApp and photos of bank cards prior to checking in. Didn’t appreciate this process and would have preferred all messages via booking.com. It was a hassle and unnerving when you hear about people being scammed when booking holidays/accommodation

Location was great, very close to all main attractions in Hollywood. Very safe neighborhood, walking distance to Walk of Fame and at least 2 big supermarkets in the area (7 min walk). The place itself was super spacious and clean, with all needed amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Each room had it’s own bathroom, a huge kitchen & living space and multiple balconies. The free garage was a big plus! Our host (Chinar) was super responsive & helpful with everything we needed, very easy self check in / check out process. If we ever return in LA, will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is in a perfect location to reach all the sights in a short time by car. A parking space is already included. The rooms were large, clean and there was everything you need. Starting with a fully equipped kitchen to a huge washer and dryer! Hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, combs, detergent and dishwasher tabs) were also provided. On the upper floors, each room had its own balcony and next to each bedroom was a separate bathroom (which had several towels). Fortunately, there was also air conditioning, which could be controlled centrally via the stairwell. Thus, one had the same temperature in all rooms. The wifi worked perfectly in the whole house and was also very fast. Communication with Mahdi (the landlord) was smooth. Moreover, he is really very friendly, helpful and was understanding when we arrived later than announced. A big shout out: Thank you so much again for everything Mahdi and we will definitely be back!!!

There is nothing to complain about

3 bedrooms with plenty of space for a small group or family. Wi-Fi included, secure parking, washer and dryer. Well set up kitchen. Easy to check-in.

Areas that could be improved. A microwave in the kitchen, a TV in the master bedroom. Door lock was a little tricky when locking and you need to make sure you check it actually locked. the Sensor lights in bathrooms timer is too short.

nothing, however the property was not the one I booked on booking.com. this caused some anxiety until I was able to contact the agent, who is not booking.com but a sub agent. the property had the same facilities & was probably in a better location.

I rented this space between 9/21 to 9/23. I was Assigned a condo in Ridgewood pl, Los Angeles. This property has four condos. Overall this place is really nice. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped Kitchen and a living space for entertaining the whole family. The beds are very comfortable. There are two queen beds and on king bed. The house is clean and they left us some extra amenities. The property manager for this space was very responsive and was always available by phone. .

One issue was that parking space was very narrow. Each house has its own garage, but the house I got has a 2-car Tandem parking. I have a large SUV, so fitting it is hard specially entering and exiting. Normal sedans and compact SUVs are fine, but if you have a large SUV, this is something you need to watch out entering and exiting

Location was excellent and you could see the Hollywood sign from the roof. The are was quiet and close walking to bus. Ubers had no problem finding our apartment. I would stay here again and would also recommend.

There are a lot of stairs to get to bedroom but other than that there was nothing wrong with the apartment. We couldn't find the remote for TV and host was very helpful in bringing a spare. Of course we found it as soon as that happened.

Place was beautiful & had everything we needed. It was spacious & each room had its own bathroom. Location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. A short Uber ride to various places including Universal Studios.

There were no tvs in the bedrooms. This wasn't a major issue since we were busy sightseeing.

Spacious and clean. Easy check in and out processes. Nice living area. Easy to reach all point of interest, restaurants.

We didn't get the code at right time for entering the apartment. As we came from EU after landing we had problems contacting the hosts. Our car was too big for parking in the garage properly.
