Staff was amazing, service and kindness makes you want to stay more and come back, though there was no buffet the American breakfast with all the choices available was amazing! Bedroom always comfortable, clear, clean and nice, location was very good.

Swimming pool was nos as big as I expected, but still very nice, no room service, but bar and restaurant open until 10:00 PM, food was good, limited options, but all of them very tasty. I thought there was a spa, but it’s really third party services to go outside. Not in the hotel. The hotel was not as close to the beach as I expected. The price of the stay should be lower considering all those limitations. But besides those minor things I loved the stay. A place I would not regret to come back many times.

The bathroom was roomy and well-appointed. I requested a robe and a coffee machine and both were delivered quickly. We were able to find street parking and avoid the $57 daily charge. The hotel was close to Walgreens for items we forgot to pack. The heated pool was a big hit with the teens in our family and the fact that it was open until 10:00 p.m.

There was no microwave, so coffee couldn't be reheated, nor could leftovers that we stored in the refrigerator. I left a note for the housekeeper asking for additional coffee supplies, and she left coffee, but not additional half and half or sugar., despite the fact that I left a $20 tip for each day I stayed. I had to go down to the bar, where they were very nice about pouring some half-and-half into a cup for me. The construction across the street woke us up on the first day, but fortunately were not active for the remaining 3 days of the holiday.

the walkability is super. the staff that stepped in had great positive attitudes and tried making us comfortable.

there was a staff strike that made things uncomfortable in terms of feeling badly crossing the picket lines. we hope contracts are favorable to all parties.

Very pretty room decoration. Nice view from the balcony. Big TV and good bed. Microwave as per request Location is fine but slightly far from the beach. Staff is helpful.

Staff and Hugo the concierge very kind. The room was very clean. The pool and the gym super! Breakfast was great: hot choccolate and croissant top. You will be never fell alone. The staff helps you and suggests you what to do. Thank you for kindness. It was a great experience!

Private balcony was the BEST. Beds were highly comfy, there was a tub for a bath, products were Goet Malin which smell divine...and the staff was a 10!

Carpets in hallways a little dark, prob need a change. But honestly for the age of the building, Marriott has done an exceptional job at keeping this hotel hip and up to date. Full bar, breakfast, etc offered!

Nice pool - although smaller than it appears. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms large, modern and clean. Complimentary Prosecco each day was a nice touch. Valet parking was good but expensive.

Our rooms faced onto a building site - not the hotels fault. It was expensive - but so are most hotels in Santa Monica.

The staff is wonderful. Complimentary water, coffee, and champagne were a nice touch at the beginning of our stay. Big thank you to the bar and restaurant staff. We'll be back.

Our Uber got stuck behind a silver-haired gentleman's car while his wife was unloading all of her earthly belongings from the car like they were the only people in the world.

Modern clean hotel in quiet area. Pleasant staff Walking distance to beach and town centre 2 hours free bike hire per day which was fantastic!

The pool was tiny - far too small for the size of the hotel. The food and drinks are expensive.
