The location is incredible. The hotel and its ammonites are pretty terrific. The staff really went above and beyond. Additionally I got engaged on the balcony of our room so this hotel will always have a special place in my heart.

I wasn’t disappointed. The online pictures match the actual hotel which is rare these days!!

Location was great just steps from the famous pier. Also near good restaurants and shopping. Easy access to highway to head into LA.

Wish parking for my rented car could have been a bit less expensive.

Location is great and close in proximity to walk almost anywhere. Room was very clean and most staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was some of the best, front desk employees were helpful, valet employees were great. Overall all thing we weren't in love with were not enough to complain about.

Shower could have had more water pressure, matress wasn't my favorite but that's more of a preference. Wish the phone # to have car ready at valet worked properly, tried once but they said they didn't get it. They were still quick though.

Location and parking were wonderful. All staff we met were wonderful and helpful. Although on the main strip, once you close the door the sound from the street was not too noticeable. We had the Oceanfront Premium, and the view was lovely! Breakfast poolside was a plus!

The thermostat lowest setting is 65, I have medical issues and need to be kept cool. The room never felt cool enough. Also, with the only fridge in the room being a mini bar, I was unable to keep my medical devices cool without needing ice. Bed was a bit firm but the pillows and linens were great.

I loved the location, sea front. Plenty if restaurants, shops and running tracks around. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great service from Tony, Bell Captain and Michael at the reception. Super helpful!!! Teresita did a great job cleaning our room the first night.

Small room, for the price we paid it would be nice to have breakfast included. The room didn’t get cleaned second and third night - had to request ourself.

Location to pier and shopping Comfortable rooms

Understaffed restaurant so things took longer than expected. Narrow hallway from lobby to elevator gets clogged by people going to their rooms. Bellman with luggage carts seemed irritated with us on multiple occasions when we were in their way from them getting on and off elevators with other people’s luggage. Small pool with not enough chairs

The moment I arrived the hotel was beautiful.We had a room that viewed the ocean. The food and service at the restaurant were amazing.Raul at the restaurant was very on point and very professional. The room was so nice.The location of the hotel couldn't be any better. Close to restaurants, shopping, the view. Will recommend this hotel over and over.

This hotel was a little pricey but I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

We loved everything about our stay .The location of the hotel is perfect, steps away from the beach and the main attractions, close to shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly.Special thanks to Adriano and everyone else who made us and our tiny baby Maltese feel extra welcomed and very special !

The hotel is awsome, room is spacious and clean, location is perfect too, very near a Metro station, Santa Monica downtown, Santa Monica Pier and a lot of good restaurants too.

I didn't like to be charged $300,00 as a "insurance" for the stay, even though I'll have it refunded, I took a good amount from my trip budget. (And I couldn't use it in my trip, because the time that the refund is taking it's being longer than my trip)

We loved that there was so much to do and see right outside the hotel! We took long walks along Ocean Avenue, rented eBikes and rode to Venice Beach, and took advantage of the free transportation service to try out a tasty and less touristy restaurant on Montana Street. We also enjoyed a poolside breakfast. The room was small but had everything we needed. Shower was awesome, as was our ocean view!

The bed ( mattress) was adequate but not great. Hotel is closer to Santa Monica pier than we realized so it was a bit louder and more active, at night, than we had anticipated. Given that it was cool and windy, we didn’t spend time on the beach itself.
