Firstly, we liked the location of the hotel, a wonderful cozy area of ​​the city where you can walk, have a good breakfast and dinner, and there are many cafes and restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Secondly, it was important for us to find a laundry service within walking distance, and there is one! The hotel staff is friendly, there is parking on site, the room is clean. Thirdly, the bed has a very good mattress, we finally got some sleep on the road during a long trip!

I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was great, my room was clean. There was noise however I expected that. It reminded me of a motel I stay in when visiting Pacifica. I’m still cheap and clean, came with microwave and refrigerator. I’m all about saving $ and the motel for that bill.

The surrounding noice from the car wash next door but it was not a dealbreaker.

We have stayed here multiple times, mainly for location. Room is very simple. Wish there were additional outlets for charging devices. We typically stay a night or two.

It was very cozy and quiet. We were looking for a simple little weekend getaway and this worked quite well. While being a small room, it didn't feel uncomfortable.

The only issue we had was the TV. It was a little finicky, but through the power of wifi and a tablet, it wasn't really much of an issue.

Clean, reasonably priced older property in a good location.

The room was a little small for a king bed with one chair -- it would have been better with a queen bed and a small sofa.

This is a great little motel. Bed very comfortable but the room was all bed! That was okay really but definitely lacked space if that is important to you. I was okay with it. Parking very close to room. Great local food options. Budget price and I definitely recommend it.

I stayed at this motel for a one-day music fest at Brookside by the Rose Bowl. The location from the venue as well as the price was well worth it. By my estimation the Rose Bowl venue is about 5-7 minutes away by Uber/Lyft depending on traffic.

Everything met expectation. You will not receive complementary breakfast or anything spectacular. The real value of this motel is how clean it is and the distance from the Rose Bowl.

The location is very good for everything in Los Angeles, There is a very nice family stile restaurant (even flying the Pride flag) just across the street. The motel itself is small and family-run. very freindly staff.

Counter space and luggage tray would have been helpful. Needed a hairdryer. Room was not cleaned on Saturday when sign was on the door.

It was 2 blocks from my dad's auto repair in the 1970s. I walked from here and visited several friends. The bed seemed too firm, but my back felt great in the morning, so 100%. I really liked the low price. Bathroom was vintage but cute and the shower head was high like I like it because I'm 6'1".

I would have liked somewhere to place open suitcase besides the bed (folding rack?) An upgraded door lock would be desirable, and a working latch on bathroom window would have been nice.
