Clean, spacious, properly air-conditioned rooms, nice staff.

The fridge is too small with no freezer at all (when traveling in hot weather, it's important to be able to unload the cooler for the night and to re-freeze the ice blocks). Breakfast is hearty but too unhealthy even by the average American standards: no eggs (egg subs ;)), just carbs. There were also some issues with keeping the side doors open to be able to get to the car and back to the room quickly.

Facility was well kept. Clean appearance inside and out. Ample parking. Staff was mostly attentive. The room was well laid out and a good size. Liked the added features to make it look posh (archways, fireplace, etc). Overall a good stay!

Breakfast was not very substantial. Who doesn't serve some manner of egg?! Vegetarian breakfast patties and chorizo hash; no change in the menu. Coffee was good, though! Had to request to have your room serviced, but were not told that until the day before we checked out. Bed slept quite hard and pillows didn't offer much support.

When we were checking in, the lady at the front desk forgot to note our late checkout so in the morning we were getting calls. Fortunately, the ladies who worked in the morning still gave us our late checkout. We were worried that we were going to have to leave but no, they still accommodated us.

One thing I didn’t like was the shower door. It didn’t not closed at all so we had to shower with the door open. Very weird and cold! That should get fixed.

We were in town for a funeral and have stayed with the property before. We had to stay at another property first because you were full for the time we were in town. We had a bad experience at the previous property and thankfully, space opened up here at LaQ and we were able to have a great time again.

Would have liked to be able to check in sooner as we were in town for a funeral and needed a place to get ready but were thankful that we were able to finish out our stay at LaQ

Very clean, attractive hotel in commercial district. Though on main street we had a room on the side without noise and a view into the treed parking lot.

A bit tricky to enter and exit off of main road artery. On Father's Day all the restaurants were full and had lines of folks in waiting. Settled for Starbucks wrap & coffee.

Front desk receptionist was amazing. . we had room 107. receptionist with the reddish hair your amazing and took care of our issue. shes Kind and answered all of our questions. definitely saying there again

our toilet had a leak. but Front desk receptionist sent handy mans over right away fixes our issue .

rude employee didn’t bother approaching to the table at pool my husband is deaf and the employee was been rude to get out when we couldn’t understand what he had said and my husband is deaf employee could have been Courteous and approach us in a customer service manner. I work in customer service I sure do not treat my clients or speak to my clients in a rude manner ways

2nd night I stayed in diff room it smelled like stale air and dirty clothes. 1 st night i was on bottom floor and could hear people moving around all night in room above me. There were people hanging out in parking lot drinking beer making it uncomfortable to walk past. A woman sitting outside of entrance to rooms yelling at someone on the phone for 20 min straight

The housekeepers were especially helpful.

The carpet hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in quite some time. Bathroom floor had blood on the tile and was dirty. The mirror next to the door had blood spots and the carpet had blood spots. I disinfected everything very well when I got there and called the desk. They didn't really seem to care. i took extra precautions and checked everything else out to make sure the bed , etc were clean. The housekeepers were great the day of the wedding I was attending they helped me. The desk people were kinda cranky all weekend and the night clerk was especially put out by any requests or questions...

I love location and staff. so caring helped with my problem with air conditioner. love snack room.

my sister and I had the Ada rooms. neither us have handicap needs. there was no other rooms. with your staff made up for rooms. I wouldn’t want stay in that room again 101.
