The facility was very nice but it is remote. It would be a great place for a company retreat or a wedding. There is plenty of parking and they even have a nice restaurant and lounge on the grounds. The courtyard is breath taking. The landscaping is really something they take a lot of pride in and you can enjoy it throughout the mission. The region is somewhat sparse. There is definitely not a city location. There are a few other restaurants in the area but not much more. It is close to a lot of protected lands with waterfowl and beautiful views though.

It is somewhat remote. I did have a little problem finding it at first but you take the long drive past the starbucks. It is easy to get bored if you do not have company with you to enjoy the location with you.

the property was beautiful and impeccably landscaped. the rose garden is very special. The wine museum was interesting and a cute bonus! the wait staff in the restaurant and bar are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding and we had a big group with my fathers memorial nearby. we are still difficult when ordering. none of this, well done that, sauce on the side etc. Our delightful waitress was not only perfect, but kind and cheerful! the front desk on check in check out and extra issues was amazing. She was also exceptional at her job! invested, caring, sweet and kind. This is the place to stay in Santa Nella! loved it

The property is beautiful.

The room descriptions on Booking are not accurate. I paid for an upgraded room on booking that the staff told me didn’t exist. I booked a Triple room and paid for the upgrade and the front desk told me they don’t have Tripe rooms. My booked room showed a couch and balcony view, that was not was I was given, after checking into my room I went back to the front desk to ask for the room I booked and that’s how I found out. They were very nice and said they didn’t have that exact type of room but gave one of the two only rooms they had with a couch but I didn’t get the balcony courtyard view room I paid for. Super disappointed with Booking. I was thus overcharged about $50.

Unexpectedly gorgeous grounds off of I-5 in Santa Nella. I loved the decor, the way the grounds were laid out and the large courtyard. Even though it smelled like fertilizer outside, you never smelled it on the inside. The fitness facilities were surprisingly abundant and in good working order. The dry sauna was very nice. Since it was winter, I didn’t try the pool or jacuzzi out, but the grounds were well kept around it.

The shower water never would settle on ‘warm’, it was either ‘hot’ or ‘cold’. The air around the grounds smelled like manure, which wasn’t their fault (farm-land). The only other ‘little issue’ was that the lightweight mattress on the bed would move if you leaned against it.

It is an experience - the flair of a Mission, it is a hotel with quite location and rooms, lovely interior, very friendly staff and als as advantage huge parking space. We had four rooms (travel of 7) and all rooms were quite fine. We enjoyed our stay, some were in the restaurant and also very satisfied with the menu and pricing. There is not much to do nearby, but some small shops are available in the nearer area. The hotel is very recommendable.

Nearby shops are a bit downworn, but has nothing to do with the hotel. Just as info.

The facility is beautiful. The theme of the hotel is expressed through everything that they do. They are continually reinvesting in their property to keep making it better. Their accommodations are top shelf. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be staying here.

The pricing at the restaurant is higher than expected, however the food was great and the portions were good as well. Drink pricing was also higher than average.

Staying here is like having a vacation within a vacation. The rooms are beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and Keurig coffee makers, along with soaps and shampoo. The shower is large with Talavera tiles. Love the grandstand like in most Mexican towns and the restaurant is pricy but high quality.

Found that 5 gallons of gas had been taken out of a fully topped off tank in my car.

Very nice grounds. Overall the facility was noticeably more upscale than most chain roadside motels.

We upgraded to a balcony room expecting some sort of view. We had a view of the wall of another wing of the hotel. To be sure of any kind of view from a balcony, you need to book a room specifically mentioning "Courtyard". The basic "Comfort" rooms on the second floor on the southern buildings should have a nice window view of the surrounding fields and hills.

We love your hotel and always stop on our way north or south. The food is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are gorgeous.

The only negative is the shower. In every room we’ve been in, the tile is very slippery. My husband is 91 and even with the bath mat, he has to walk on the tile to get in and out. When I went in to help him, I was sliding around too.

The location was terrific, easy on and off the Interstate. The wife loved it that a Starbucks was close by. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, the food and the staff were top notch. Beautiful grounds, liked the fact that very visible security patrolling the property. Wife absolutely loved the huge bathtub. Beds were super comfortable. Property was quiet
