Excellent place to stay near Stanford University. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, the breakfast is excellent (loved the waffle machine). Staff very friendly and helpful. Weather was great, so I walked every morning to Stanford University, about a 40 min walk. Shops and city center are about 10 min walking from hotel.

Nothing, living expense are high, but this is true for all accommodations in the area.

Breakfast, laundry and free detergent and sheets, the friendly staff, the location, the cleanliness, the kitchette, the bar stools and bar, cabinetry and patio. Sink fixtures and glass door bathrooms also very nice.

Accuracy of debit card transactions in your system after the transaction was made by me physically swiping my debit card at checkout, bed was hard, not enough blankets, parking was $12, and next to train tracks, only one chair in the balcony, fitness room smelled like dirty sweat smell, I heard the person next to us snoring

I came here around Christmas time, and I had to extend my stay because of poor weather and the "flightmare" of the 2022 holidays. The staff was friendly and accommodating, just excellent! The place is clean, location perfect (if you have a car). The parking garage is secure. Thanks to the wifi, breakfast in the am, my own kitchen and the availability laundry facilities, I was able to get plenty of work done with some of the comforts and necessities of what I would have at home.

Great facilities, lovely people; some very nice flowers that create a great vibe. Exactly what I expect from a hotel in terms of professionalism, and everything just working out of the box.

Would have liked to see some rotation in the breakfast options (from one day to the next), but that's just a bit of nitpicking from me

Spacious suite with everything you need after long days at work

Breakfast could be upgraded a bit, spending a whole week in the hotel would have been nice to have different things on different days.

The breakfast was excellent and the check-in clerk was amazingly attentive and capable. She seemed to know her clients before they even said their names.

It seemed a little expensive, but maybe that is California prices.

Price can be better. Person in next room had TV ON all night that Affected my sleep.

Breakfast was very good; some people piled up plates, as if they were feeding a whole family rather than one guest. Staff very nice and helpful.

Cleaning the rooms should be part of the service and not a requirement by the guest.
