This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Such a great value for such a reasonable money! Which is very rare for California. It is located in the heart of the downtown. Close to everything. It is very easy to check in. Super clean inside. All amenities were new. I was surprised by the quality of body cream, shampoo, and hair conditioner. I really liked it. The room was small. But it was totally enough for solo travel. Everything is clean, new. The hotel is a bit noisy because of poor isolation. But I must admit all the people who lived at the hotel were very quiet 🤫 and respectful. I would definitely stay there again if I travel to Silicon Valley

This place is sooo cute. Its tiny but everything is updated and very well done. We just needed a place to sleep so the space was enough. Checking in was easy, just make sure you have internet access to get your door codes. All the linens smelled so good too!!

I didn’t appreciate that their booking site says they have free parking if they actually don’t have parking at all at this location. There’s public parking literally right next to it, but you run the risk of not finding parking. I took forever trying to figure out the TV then I finally gave up. An hour later I found the instructions on the top shelf and was finally able to connect to the chrome cast and stream using my phone.

location was great and they quickly returned a message about early check in, minutes later they agreed to let you arrive 2hrs early

the shades over the windows gave privacy, but did not keep the light from coming into the room in the morning. I did not understand why there were masks offered for free under the TV that night, I learned in the morning. And the water pressure in the shower was not the best. It definitely lacked pressure and volume.

Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Clean premises and room. Safe. Good location near plenty of amenities. Newly renovated. Very impressed. Practical and affordable. Nice touch with water offered.

The window blinds let the light go in, some proper dark blinds would be good. It would be good to have the possibility to store luggage on the premises after check-out, for an extra charge. Can be noisy at times if you’re facing Angelica’s restaurant on the main street—sound proof windows would have been a good investment.

It was very clean. Decor was very nice. Room was very small, but who needs a lot of room when you are staying there just to get sleep.

You can hear neighborhood noises. The split a/c was noisy from other rooms. Had to put my a/c on to cover up the noise from outside the room. Make sure the Wi-Fi is working for the TV or you will not be able to watch tv.

The Kasa is completely on line.We needed one night before catching a plane in San Francisco which was 20 minutes away. There was no staff. We liked that they sent wifi for check in & that we could park right outside the door while unloading. . It was 2 blocks from a popular location with several outdoor restaurants. New bed & linens, coffee & water were supplied. Really slick!

We could not figure out the TV to watch the news. It was supposed to stream & we did not have the apps.

Kasa Niche was so profesional and perfect! I would definitely stay there again. Location felt safe, accomodation process was online and everything was just as promised very clean, included coffee maker, fridge, AC, TV, kettle we were on our honeymoon traveling and they arranged our room very lovely and we also got some sweets and flowers. thank you veeeeeery much for this, thanks to you I felt very comfortable and felt the honeymoon atmosphere

Very clean room. The coffee bar amenity in the lobby was a nice touch. Using codes to get into the hotel and room were very easy to use. Instructions regarding the room, location, and parking were very good and easy to follow.

The size of the room for two adults was small but I understand the hotel may be for solo travelers.

we went to redwood city because my dad had a surgery at kaiser permanente. when we were about to be discharged i coordinated with jugruti and the niche team to give us rooms beside each other to easily go and check on my dad and they gladly gave us 2 rooms beside. they also went beyond means to give a little something for my dad. it has been a teally hard time for our family and what they did just brighten our day. it was really touching! ill still book on this hotel.

I liked that the hotel felt secure, requiring a code to enter the front door and the room. It was also cozy and small, not too big and a good price for what we got! Plus the rooms amenities included a Keurig/hot water pitcher/fridge/and snacks!

There wasn’t much I disliked… the bed was a bit firm but it was still high quality.
