Clean and accomodating

Pool towels are the size of hand towels...rediculously small . Who.puts a 24inch screen cheap ass tv in an exec suite? Best western The breakfast is EXTREMELY small ! , 1 egg allowed for a child of 16yrs old is just stupid and CHEAP of best western Other hotels of this same quality offer ONSITE breakfasts with all you can eat , waffles eggs bacon etc. If youre going to add this feature as an included amenity, at least make it worth it. Wont stay here again due to this very reason unfortunately.

Room was clean. Stay was quiet. A/C worked well (it was 106 degrees outside!). Beds were good. Shower got hot quickly, shower head was good. Towels were clean. Refrigerator worked well (didn't try the microwave). Breakfast was excellent (little omelets, sausage, potatoes, OJ, and it was all-you-can-eat). Staff rearranged things a bit to meet our request to stay on the first floor. Was able to park immediately outside our door. Everything went very well. Had to call the front desk to get the TV working because the previous guest had changed the input mode (apparently to use a DVD player or video game and had not changed it back). The maintenance guy came within two minutes and fixed it quickly. Nice guy, too.

The rooms are very big, and clean. The pool is warm, and refurbished. nice outside area by pool. its everything that is the Best Western Brand.

I cannot think of anything. There are trains 24 hours. I don't really remember a whistle. you can still hear them moving on the tracks. its not annoying though.

Friendly staff and room vibe was comfortable. Spacious since we got a handicap room. Train tracks were busy but we had our rain sounds on loud so it didn’t bother us. So much that we slept right they breakfast which I was looking forward to coz it was in a restaurant across from the hotel. Everything was clean.

The restaurant next door was very convenient and breakfast was included at that restaraunt. The beds were very comfortable.

We were stuck in Needles for a night, would not choose to stay there on our own. The hotel was good for needing something last minute.

Great breakfast at the diner next door (included in price). The staff was great (super friendly). Pet friendly. Easy freeway access. Decent coffee in the lobby.

Pretty quiet though you'll hear an occasional train (didn't bother me). Clearly had been some repairs made in the bathroom but everything worked fine.

Tyler at the front desk was super friendly and efficient! Our room was super clean -thank you Rosie! The breakfast at the restaurant next door (incl w/stay) was very good!! The pool and hot tub was super clean very nice!!

breakfast at the neighboring restaurant was nice, it was just crowded inside and took a while to get the food. nice pool and the dog park was very useful for us.

dog park had no shade and the rocks were hot on our dogs feet in the heat

Was a nice place to stay before entering the Mojave desert. it was comfortable but the mattress was very springy and the pillows hard so if you don’t like that then i would recommend a different place. I enjoyed the breakfast provided at the hotel next store

could use a bigger tv for room size

The property is cozy but it looks a lot bigger in pictures. The breakfast was next door and it was great! Bathrooms definitely needs an upgrade but good place overall.

Shower was small and the faucets need an upgrade.
