The rooms were clean, Beds were comfortable. Spacious rooms. The general store downstairs was very convenient to get sandwiches and coffee. Very Well priced. Ordered stuff at the casino downstairs. Prices were good and the tacos were yummy! The pool and jacuzzi were also nice and clean. It was nice to not have to walk through the casino to get to the pool. Pool is on a separate floor. Staff at general store were very friendly. Also the staff working downstairs in the casinos. Security were very professional, we brought our ice chest in the pool and they kindly explained to us that we could have the ice chest right outside the gate. Which was not an issue.

First and second night we stayed we didn’t get any cleaning service for our room but the third night we did. A little bit of crumbs on the floor when we checked in. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Had to buy ice at the general store. Last day in our room, they were doing maintenance on the elevators. It was very noisy but at least we were checking out. Beach area closed, due to previous flooding.

I liked the overall area with no feeling so crowded.

The low staff, not enough bar tenders, Servers, Staff shortages at the restaurant and everywhere else. If you dont serve the customers we wont come back. The Bighorn Cafe was delicious and worth every penny but its almost not worth the wait times and lack of staff that I don’t know if I will be back. While I was gambling there was only 1 person getting drinks. He was carrying 5 drinks or more just to get them to customers/Gamblers- The more people you hire the more people will come. I almost felt like leaving and checking out due to short staff trying to make my stay better.

I appreciate that River Lodge does not charge a “resort fee” like so many other hotels, yet they still offer most of all the same amenities that the other hotels charge a resort fee for. The hotel’s Big Horn Cafe is my favorite place spot to eat in Laughlin. The quality of food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Hopefully in the future they can upgrade some the hotel room furniture and TVs. Maybe add more cable channels for TV watching.

Room was clean. Nice view of the river on Bullhead City. Restaurant had a nice selection of food and a nice lounge singer. There was casino gaming for the adults and plenty of activities for under age children. Bowling, an arcade, pool tables. A bread lodge for the entire family.

No coffee maker, fridge or micro wave in the room. Exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. The layout of getting from level to the other was kind of chopped up and towels were a little thin.

The room had a great river and mountain view to the East. The bathroom had good strong shower.

The ice had to be picked up at the front desk. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room but no coffee maker. The view from the window would have been better if it were clean and no bright lights at night.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Laughlin. The hotel is always clean, comfortable and the staff are always pleasant. I think it has the best food (Big Horn Cafe) of all the hotels. The quality of food and prices is exceptional. You get all the “resort” amenities with out having to pay a “resort” fee like all the other hotels.

The only area I think needs improvement is the TV viewing, it needs more channels to choose from.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. I did appreciate that there was no resort fees! Had dinner downstairs and it was very good. Priced very good and large portions . Staff was nice

No blow dryer, no refrigerator and no microwave. Had a great salad downstairs and couldn’t eat it all so I had it to go. That was disappointing. The curtain was falling down in my room and it looked tacky

very nice hotel, people at the reception were nice, the king bed was awesome (even if the furniture is a little bit old), but i would absolutely reccomend this hotel, which is even cheap. Warner Bros studios: the tour is very interesting, and our guide asked us if we wanted to see particular locations, we stepped into the real tv studios and we had a great time. The tour ends with a part in which you're free to see different parts of tv sets recreated.

location and friendliness of staff.

this property has clearly seen better days. There was rust on the lamps and no USB ports anywhere. The curtains in my room were old and ripped, didn’t block the light from coming in. I paid to have an upgraded room and it was a disappointment. I could not see out the windows because they were filthy. what is the point of paying for a River view when all you can see is dirty windows? I would not book this hotel again.

the elevators took so long i was waiting for it for almost 20min ! each floor had 4 elevator entrees and 1 or 2 out of 4 were working and there was 25 floors total I had to call room service twice cuz on the first call they didn’t show up to my room the ventilation from the ceiling went down luckily no one was hurt
