Hampton Inn Norco/Corona

We booked a room @ the Hampton Inn after our original booking with another hotel did not week out. So glad it went this way because the Hampton Inn was far superior! We were a little rattled when we arrived but Maria on reception was so sweet we relaxed immediately. We found all the staff so friendly, nothing was a bother. The room was clean & cool, a very comfy bed & well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was fresh & delicious with hot & cold choices + fresh fruits. Good coffee too! Plenty of easy parking on the property as well.

the breakfast was bad. I'm not a real picky or needy person, that being said I can eat most anything. The eggs were watery, sausage looked undercooked. would have liked to see some more fruit selections since other food was bad, like bananas stocked. That's only bad experience.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even offered water for the road!

The only thing is the one thing out of their control. Location isn't in the best part of town. Worried about getting stuff stolen from the car. (Nothing was...)

We've stayed twice at the Fairfield. One time, unfortunately, we stayed at a different hotel, but from now on, whenever we're in the Norco/Corona area, Fairfield Inn is where we will always stay. It's very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly & wonderful to work with & the complimentary breakfast was delicious - fresh food & great choices. For the price I feel it's definitely worth it to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Highly recommend!

Location was convenient.

When we checked in there was not a single cart available for our luggage. My sister requires a lot of medical supplies and it was not reasonable for us to make so many trips back and forth to the 3rd floor. The clerk at the front desk did locate a cart but there was no offer of help to load everything I transferred from the trunk to the lobby or even offer help to load the cart. My sister & I are in our 60’s. Is it company policy for your staff not to help? Just curious.

The breakfast was fine, alot of hotels rather close it but I really enjoy that you found a good way to include breakfast

Unfortunately I was a little uncomfortable since the day that we stayed there seem to be a team or huge family there and since one person was in line they all came down and jumped in front of the line making us wait almost an hour since there was only one employee. The other thing that bother us was that these people had no moral values and were without there masks. I felt my safety was compromised. The poor worker should have said something but he was all alone and had a line almost to the doors

Breakfast was wonderful every single day your staff is so helpful and so amazing patient and attentive we really could have asked for anything nicer

To be completely honest, I would have to really be selfish by saying maybe a Jacuzzi. And that's just silly the pool was wonderful.

The facility was nice

The staff was very edgey and quite rude the way they spoke to me and the way they reacted when I had questions abd concerns and wanted to stay another night front desk said yes come down in a few hours and then I called before I came down a few hours and then they said I couldn't have the room so I had to rush pack everything up and if sleeping in my car that night because they did that to me is wrong very unprofessional the way that Jim spoke to me like I was a piece of trash like I wasn't a customer it was the rudest thing I've ever heard especially from a GM I think he should get fired or get his ranking lowered he is not of quality or standard of a GM in no way shape or form

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms.The breakfast was exceptional. The eggs were a bit oversalted, but other than that, it was wonderful.

Towels were a bit rough.

The staff was very friendly. , the room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable to me.

There were ants in the bathroom. The shower walls were dirty. I did not like the bedspread blanket thing. It was heavy and the blanket got wadded up in the cover thing. Breakfast was blaaa
