The level of service was about what I expected for this price point

Toilet would not shut off after flushing. Had to juggle the handle to get the wart to stop flowing. The age old argument should the toilet paper unroll from the front, or the back? For me the paper should come off the front. The paper came off the back of the roll. I fail to understand why housekeeping had to start vacuuming, outside my door a just past seven, in the morning. It was ok I had to use the bathroom anyway.

The room was clean. Liked the bathroom setup with the sink outside of the shower toilet area. Coffee in room was very good. AC worked great. The breakfast they offered was really very good.

A couple issues. First toilet would continue to run after a flush, I would jiggle the handle to stop it. Pillows were great, just wish the bed was firmer. It would be n8ce if hotels offered beds with a firmer mattress for those of us with back issues.

Compared to other properties in the area, it was a much better value for the money. It was very close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, Costco, etc. The lobby felt warm, inviting, and the very clean. The TV channel selection was somewhat limited, but I do not consider this a negative at this price point. Ayers was perfect for a quick one-night business trip.

Location is perfect for when I’m visiting family. Lots of restaurants & stores within walking distance. Breakfast is very good.

While the facilities are nice & clean, we did find a few small cockroaches in our first floor room. Notified staff as we checked out & they said they would take care of the problem. I have stayed here several times before & never had this problem.

The booking company made a mistake and booked two rooms. The booking company called and texted the hotel telling of their mistake. Ayres hotel still charged me $124. For the first night for the room I didnt use.. There were only about 30 people in the hotel so they didnt need the room. I think they thought they were doing me a favor. Who needs $124. more,a hotel or a 75 yr old retired on a fixed income woman?

The room was very clean and spacious. I liked the mini fridge and the ample counter space. I also liked the handsoap.

My key card did not work twice and I had to go downstairs to get it re-programmed. Also, my door did not shut completely when I would leave. I had to pull in shut with force to ensure it was closed.

The quality of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the ambiance of the hotel, it was all quite lovely. i especially enjoyed the inspirational quotes on all the doors of the rooms

The staff was friendly, the accommodations were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot with fresh fruit available.

Everything was excellent. No complaints

This hotel has a beautiful and sparkling lobby. And the rest of the property is also well-maintained. Our room on the 2nd floor was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Hotel staff members were welcoming and helpful.

The water bottle in the room could have been free, instead of $4. But the lobby did have free, ice-cold water available.

The property was recently remodeled, even the elevator smelled new. The rooms are nicely updated! Staff is lovely!!! They are very kind and welcoming. The location is unbeatable if you come into town and forget a few things at home, it’s located near so many retail stores and dining. I didn’t get to try the breakfast.

They only have one entrance to the hotel. It’s quite a walk when your room is at the very far end of the hall. I do wish they had more entrances but it’s not a deal breaker for me.
