The hotel has good security, a delicious buffet breakfast until 10am everyday, my room was fantastic - very modern and spotlessly clean with the convenience of a mini fridge and microwave. Quiet location.

The communication between reception and housekeeping needs to be improved. I gave a 24hr notice for a room clean and it wasn’t done. So my advice is to check on the date of cleaning that it’s scheduled on the system. Besides this hiccup, everything was excellent.

I left me wallet in the room and when I came to pick it up the days later (spare wallet with ATM, insurance card, etc) - I had hid it in the room), this middle-aged fair-skinned, Hispanic woman who looked like Mimmie from the free Carey show with her heavy makeup, told me “that’s weird”. she totally disregarded me! she asked me the date of my arrival, departure and room number. she then asked if I was “Melissa “. Do I look like a Melissa? She then left the front desk for about 15 minutes. I held to knock on the counter “Hello can someone help me please?” Then this tall African American man came out and asked what did I want. I asked for the receptionist and he said she was busy - he then escorted me to the room. I got t wallet and he said, “you really did leave your wallet! As I was leaving the lobby she came out and then I waived my wallet at her and said - it wasn’t weird after all!!!

Location is great - its in an upscale neighborhood and there is an obvious security service watching over the property and its parking area. Facility was clean and well-kept. Complimentary breakfast was good with assortment of hot dishes and baked options. Also like the fact that warm beverages are available all day/night in the lobby area.

Did not find the bed particulary great - a bit soft for my wife's and my liking. Room did not have a microwave which we particularly enjoy since we usually have leftovers when dining out on a trip.

The hotel and room were very clean overall. The breakfast was great, it had a nice variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Minor detail, my room was missing the soap dish on the bathroom sink, but We made it work. I was a bit disappointed with the pool area, it needed some attention through the day. At the time we used it (4:00 pm),the tables were dirty and floors could have used some tidying up- granted that it was a bit windy and trash collected there. But more bothersome still was the smell of dog feces coming from the doggie stations near the pool area, perhaps emptying the containers more often would help with this issue, and for sure will make the beautiful outdoor area more enjoyable.

Your breakfast was splendid!! All the right things and in lovely display and in nice quantities! Hatts off!!! The room had neither microwave nor refrigerator so we were a bit surprised by that. Even the cheapies now days have those and they do come in handy. The bed was a king and not at all comfortable. And even the sheets on it did not fit... they were too tiny for the mattress. Not at all to Hampton Inn standards!! I thought the hotel was concrete. Believe it was wood. The dude up above us tromped around all night like till 3AM. We thought people came to hotels to get rest and sleep! NOT this guy. We were too tired to ask to switch rooms but we sure regretted not doing that. Not much sleep til almost morning.

Extremely clean property and rooms. Breakfast was great, something different everyday. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location and the breakfast!

One gentleman was very rude. He cut me off while I was trying to explain why our reservation might not show up. Eventually he found it but was ready to charge us a whole additional fee. We had to be very insistent that he look again and sure enough, there was our booking.

Staff was great, facilities were good, food for breakfast was good.

A little noisy from guests walking hard above me (not your fault) and traffic could be heard (again not your fault.)

The cable tv was horrible. None of the stations lined up with the stated channel. You had to hunt channel by channel.

floor in the room was not vacuumed. it wasn’t dirty but I could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed by the pieces of white paper/lint balls that were on the carpet.
