location, the Kitchen rest. so good, and so convenient for a nice dinner and great brunch; winery, small bar is just right, and location near room is good; upgrades to room are well done-the small deck, the wall fireplace, all well done, the bathroom is bright and the shower is big (although the shower head could be higher for us tall people), dog-friendly is a plus! The location is quiet, and parking is easy. approx. 90 minutes from property to the Yosemite Valley floor.

Communication between Booking.com and the property is sometimes askew, and Booking .com is impossible to contact quickly! we will NOT use Booking.com to book this property again! No "table top" space in the room for eating, or sitting, etc. Just one chair in room. You may have to track down someone for check-in, the office isn't always open. There are NO EV chargers on property, and staff do not know where the closest EV charger is located (thank goodness for EV apps!)-this property (including the restaurant), could be much more inviting and convenient with at least one EV car charger on property. Booking.com should list whether a property has a charger-or not.

I like not staying in a hotel. That sometimes means spending more for a little more peace and quiet. The value here was great, imo. My wife and I just needed a place to comfortably lay our heads after driving all day through Yosemite. This fit the bill and more. Restaurant and Wine on site if that's your thing. Other restaurants close by. At night, it was quiet except for the sound of cross and crickets. I quite enjoyed that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The only thing I can think of is that we ran out of hot water in the morning for our morning shower. My wife showered, and she's pretty quick. The hot water ran out during the first few minutes of my shower. Either rhe tank is small or the tank is shared with the adjoins cabin and they beat us to the showers. Lol. Either way, a small detail in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Tranquil, picturesque, comfortable and only a little over an hour drive to yosemite.

Didn't appreciate the live band on our first night. Was not aware of live music and wouldn't have booked if I had known. Not that the music was bad or even played that late, but we were wanting an early night after a long drive, and were planning to rise early to catch the sunrise in yosemite. We didn't catch the sunrise as we slept later, so we weren't tired for a full day of hiking. Maybe letting guests know at the time of booking to avoid disappointment would be a good idea. We don't drink alcohol or attend live music events so felt pretty out of sorts.

I liked how close it is to drive to yosemite which is all we wanted. Water pressure was amazing The facilities were good for us, we wanted a stay close to drive to yosemite, if you want luxury and a great TV this is not it. I liked the added extra of a private deck with a cute view. Very quiet area! Bed was comfortable too We got delayed by 6 hours due to flights and turned up at the hotel 30 mins after check in and staff had made sure we could still check in which was more appreciated than they'll ever know (it was such a stressful day)

Nothing. - not a propery issues, Though it would be good if they lit up their road sign so it's not missed on a night drive

Beyond perfect, the most beautiful views, perfect sunbathing by the river and almost warm enough in April for a swim in the river. Just the right mix of hotel and cabin/glamping feel. The winery is divine and we had an amazing meal and wine tasting (which was complimentary). Staff are amazing and really go the extra mile with homemade cookies and towels folded into bears in the room. The cabin itself was beautiful, everything was thought of and the whole thing smelt beautifully of the fresh pine it's made of. Beds are incredibly comfy and shower only took 30 seconds to warm up. The little private balcony is perfect for a glass of local wine and a game of cards

Honestly can't think of anything I'd improve apart from more of the delicious complimentary cookies, somehow 4 isn't enough!

Airy room with a nice little patio (we ended up with an ADA room even though we did not ask for it). Picked up key from mailbox- arrived after office hours. Left in AM before office staffed. Got some cookies!!

No place to hang clothes...area exists but filled with mini frig and other stuff- unusable as closet Never met any staff- we left messages after our stay, took 3 days to get response (w/ apologies, of course) many burned out bulbs in ceiling (maybe on purpose?)

Loved how close it was to Yosemite. The local restaurant they directed us to was fantastic. They gave us tips on places to go see like Bass Lake. The view of the river was peaceful to walk along every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I wish there was a comfy chair in the room to curly up in to read or on the poverty. They have such a great view of the river but nothing but a bench to sit on and I had only wished for a comfy chair to sit and read.

The view at the back side of our appartment with deer walking around is great!! We stayed in the group of appartments, but perhaps we should have choosen the separate ones which give you more views to the woods. Probably our group of 5 was to large tot facilitate. However, we were far enough away from the road not to hear anything at night. The road to Yosemite Valley takes 75 min, the entrance takes about 20-25 mins to go to Mariposa (which was closed unfortunately due to the washburn fires) Parking is at the lot next to the appartment. If you want to get info on Yosemite, be in time at the vistior centre in the town which closes at 4.30pm. They can give you up to date info on the weathersituation there (and perhaps also about fires going on)

We would have liked it to have breakfast there, but they did not offer that. Especially because most people go to Yosemite very eaurly and there is nothing else open yet. Advise: get some sandwichs the day before, put them in the frdge and take them with you and eat them when you make the ride.

The location was beautiful. Behind your room there is a little deck with a view over the river. The staff is amazing. A lot of little things show that they really care about the place: home made cookies in the fridge, cute folded towels etc. You get a complimentary free wine tasting which was amazing. In the summer there is free music in de beer garten on Saturdays, lovely vibes.

We would have preferred a larger bed.
