Close to the airport and freeway access. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient. Friendly staff.

I didn’t like the air conditioning in the room because it didn’t keep the room cold enough for me. It took a long time to cool the room because it was an old style AC. The temp on AC said 60, but it didn’t feel that cold to me. The hallways were too hot for me. Felt like 70 to 75 degrees to me. Since the temperatures were in the high 90’s for the 5 days I stayed, I didn’t like coming into an air conditioned lobby and then into warm hallways.

We stayed here going out on our trip to Panama. And we stayed here coming back through after our trip was done both times that we stayed here. The staff was excellent pick up from the airport was seamless both days we needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 AM, the night before they had arranged a lyft ride for us paid for by the hotel. Even though we left at 4 AM we were able to grab some items from the breakfast bar and take them with us. The rooms were very spacious included a microwave a coffee pot, a sink near the kitchen area, a couch and the beds were so comfortable, I’m not sure if all comfort hotels are like this, but I will definitely be staying again in the future if all of them are.

We got in late at night and nothing was open as far as dining goes in walking distance. This is more about location than the property.

In town for a family funeral. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was great. Friendly and welcoming. The property was great. Comfortable and clean. Beds were great. Slept well. Did not have the breakfast but appreciated it being available. Only issue was the toilet was so low. My 78 yr old parents had a hard time and The fan in the bathroom was very slow and so the room stayed humid after showers. Otherwise very nice stay. Felt very comfortable there.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with the exception of the bed location. The bed is too close to the a/c unit. Had to walk sideways to reach the window side of the bed. The breakfast was also excelent. The check in could have been more informative. We were not told where the elevator was at check in so walked from far end to lobby to ask. Would have been nice to have more information on how to use the television. Very confusing.

I had booked another hotel 70 miles away that said they had no rooms when I arrived to check in so this room was a god-send. I l iked the size of the room and the bathroom. Water pressure was good. Room in nice condition. Pretty good hot breakfast. Easy parking. Very close to Airport. Next to food and fuel. Nice amount of towels. Pool looked nice.

Airplane noise significant. Room was very hot when I got there at 11:30 pm and took nearly two hours to cool down. It would be nice to keep air set to 80 or so.

The hotel was clean! Our room was ready when we got there. It was a brief wait to check in as there was only one person working then. We had some issues with things working in the room, but when I told the desk the maintenance man came right up. He took time to check it all out and explain everything to us. He got things fixed up and came back to double check on one item. The location is great if you are heading to the convention center or airport. Beds were comfortable and there was enough room for us all plus my mobility scooter.

The bathroom was tight and the toilet seat was the same height as the very low tub sides. There was a grab bar inside the tub but none near that low toilet. Extremely difficult for me. Even the family complained about how low it was. there are regular height ones downstairs!

The stay was great. The bedding and sheets were very soft. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

We didn't like the small pillows. They need to be at a regular length. Our heads kept rolling off, making it very hard to sleep and waking us up all night. The spa was out of order during our stay. The lighting needs to be brighter in the room. There is alot of lamps but not bright enough. The bathroom definitely needs whiter lighting. These are minor issues that can be fixed and our opinions.

Everything was great! The room was nice, good size, and comfortable bed. I have also appreciated free parking. The only part what did not meet my expectations was the pool. In the description it says the pool is heated, while it was obviously not heated. The small hot tube was heated but still too cold to use. Besides this the hotel was fine and I was satisfied.

I love everything about this place. This was my first time staying here, and my ROOM WAS SOOOOO CLEAN. I do housekeeping in Vegas, so I know what to look at, and omg, my room was spotless. There was NO HAIR anywhere on the bathroom floor, shower, or sink. No crumbs in the couch I couldn't find anything wrong my room was 417 please tell the person who cleaned the room thank you I left a tip but didn't have a note pad or pin to write a thank you note 😊

One thing I can say is I didn't like the fact that on the booking website it says they take VISA CREDIT CARDS so i used my cashapp card to book my room and when it was ttime to check in she told me they don't take reload credit cards you can only use it to book the room not check in with it so please have a real bank card or credit card they DO NOT TAKE reload credit card like Cash App, Greendot, Netspend credit cards. Good thing we had my bank card lol. I was about to check in. Also, I didn't like the fact I had to squeeze buy the air conditioning machine to get in and out of the bed on my side, but everything else was perfect

The breakfast was the just the cherry on top of a sweet deal. $109 for a spacious room with two beds and a pull out bed on New years day. The room easily fit my family of 5. It was the best deal in the area.

The vent in the restroom was a little weak. So it took a while to vent out the moisture but then again, who's spending that much time in there anyways.
