I love everything about this place. This was my first time staying here, and my ROOM WAS SOOOOO CLEAN. I do housekeeping in Vegas, so I know what to look at, and omg, my room was spotless. There was NO HAIR anywhere on the bathroom floor, shower, or sink. No crumbs in the couch I couldn't find anything wrong my room was 417 please tell the person who cleaned the room thank you I left a tip but didn't have a note pad or pin to write a thank you note 😊

One thing I can say is I didn't like the fact that on the booking website it says they take VISA CREDIT CARDS so i used my cashapp card to book my room and when it was ttime to check in she told me they don't take reload credit cards you can only use it to book the room not check in with it so please have a real bank card or credit card they DO NOT TAKE reload credit card like Cash App, Greendot, Netspend credit cards. Good thing we had my bank card lol. I was about to check in. Also, I didn't like the fact I had to squeeze buy the air conditioning machine to get in and out of the bed on my side, but everything else was perfect

I like the proximity of the hotel to the airport. I like that the property is not off the street, it's nicely tucked in and the parking lot is secure. I also like that the hotel offers complimentary Lyfts to the airport.

During this stay the front desk associate did not order me a Lyft though she took down my info (I've stayed here before and used this service). Fortunately one showed up fairly quickly for me on spot. Other than that everything was great.

The Lyft ride to the airport at 4:30 AM was an awesome perk rather than having to wait for shuttle on prescribed intervals. Also, the convenience of location close to airport was a definite plus.

Airport noise took a little getting used to but expected and total worth the convenient access to the airport. We had an issue getting into original room reservation and staff quickly relocated us down the hall. Appreciate the prompt and cheerful handling of that situation.

This hotel was great as far as food, cleanliness and staff! the pool is pretty small but the kids still loved it!! Our room was clean and big! We had storage to put all our things, and the fridge kept our food cold!!! The only issue was the bed….it was pretty rough the mattress was hard!! Other than that everything else was great!

Everything was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels just smelled so great!

The pool was closed the one day we tried to use it which was unfortunate due to the main reason why I had booked this hotel.

Bed was to hard it's a king should have gotten a queen I'm sure those are up grated first to more comfort but I get kings are more costly to up grade air conditioner works but it's to hot in the room to cool it down took all night didn't sleep well because of the heat I think it best to keep the air at maybe 74-78 that way it doesn't take forever to cool other than that it was very nice and quiet good area

My family and I always visit when we go to Ontario for business. We love the price,our room was very spacious. The breakfast is awesome too. Location is great, it is near everything. Melissa on the front desk is super friendly and helpful.

WiFi could be a little better. Other than that everything is great.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Maybe a little too hard for my tastes but it did the job. The AC wasn't unusually noisy which was a pleasant surprise. The room had adequate space too.

The $100 incidental charge that is still showing on my cc. The breakfast foods were not kept replenished in a timely manner. It was a busy time and we waited for a while for items to be replenished. Maybe another person to help the only person working would have helped with this.

Great location, clean rooms, hot breakfast and nice & quiet.

2 things: The restroom could have more ventilation or maybe our fan in the restroom wasn’t working as it should have. The smell of marijuana on our floor the last night of our stay. No fault of yours. Said but true, there’s always someone breaking rules. Because you can clearly see the non smoking inside the hotel w/Designated smoking area signs posted.
